Requested a quote - shocking service
Requested a quote. Two guys arrived - looked at the job then said the quote will follow. Four phone calls later chasing, no quote! Each time I was told “th3 manager has to look at it” 🤷🏻♂️. If they are that unreliable when simply quoting for work heaven knows what the actual standard of work will be. I don’t really want to find out. Shocking treatment. Be warned!

We have investigated all calls, a mis communication in our office to who was dealing with the prices and unfortunately yours was not dealt with. We set high standards for ourselves and are disappointed that they were not met. The engineer came out as planned and…
The engineer came out as planned and resolve the problem quickly. He was very friendly and checked out the Whole heating system was working satisfactory. The boiler was locked out and working at low temperature. We are now actually spending less on gas and the house is very cosy. Great company.
