Hi phoned this company to explain my boiler wasn’t working 2 o clock on a Friday my husband is ill and needs heating by 4 o clock they had been and sorted it the staff a brilliant and really helped me even though they were really busy the man who came was lovely thank you all I’d recommend you to everybody what a great company joanna

We have recently moved into our property and the system has been maintained by Xgas since it was first installed. The Admin Team are very helpful and responded to our appointment changes when we encountered delays in our completion.

Our Xgas engineer Carl was friendly and professional and very helpful when he explained about our boiler pressure and what to monitor and how to top up the system.

His knowledgeable explanation when I enquired about HIVE was much appreciated and we will happily book Xgas to come back and install that system and continue the annual service programme.

We ordered Heather a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28kw CDi Compact condensing combi boiler,she was over the moon with the customer service she received and fantastic service she received also from the highly skilled fitters from XGAS . I would highly recommend using this company fast reliable and very professional. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

X-Gas recently installed a new boiler and pipes throughout for us and couldn't fault them. I've been recommending them to all my friends and family. Theo and Dan were very professional and really knew what they were doing, but friendly & approachable too, treated the property with respect and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. Dan took the time to explain to us in detail how the new boiler worked when they'd finished. We even had a phone call to ask if we were satisfied with the work done before they sent us the bill. Really can't recommend this firm highly enough.

Deiniol from Xgas came to have a look at my boiler today as I’d had a problem with it. I would like to say that he was such a nice young man very informative and polite and clean and tidy whilst doing the work. Very pleased.

Telephoned xgas yesterday ,my sister suffering from dementia returned home from respite ,the house was cold ,within an hour an engineer arrived and altered timings on the boiler and she was soon warm and cosy. The service I received was absolutely first class , the receptionist and engineer were so kind,
If only all companies were like xgas we would be living in a better place

Recently had 5 radiators replaced. The job was completed in a day and we were very happy with the entire experience. The engineer and his apprentice were friendly, thoughtful and very professional and they cleaned up before leaving the property. The booking process was very simple from the moment of our enquiry to the response we received. An engineer made an appointment very soon afterwards and I soon received an acceptable quote. We would have no problems in recommending Xgas.

We had our boiler system installed and what an amazing job! Thank you to everyone who helped us at Xgas. 10/10 recommend.

The engineers were fantastic. They were reliable, thorough and left everywhere exceptionally clean at the end of each day. They left us with complete confidence in their work. Brilliant job!!

Had XGAS out today to fit a new Worcester Bosch CDI combi boiler. Great experience, Gavin the engineer was great, very friendly and efficient and the boiler is brilliant, nice cosy home with lots of hot water and he explained all the instructions perfectly. They have done work for some of our neighbours so knew they are dependable. A sudden fail of our ancient boiler left us without hot water, as our shower is a mixer working off the combi, but Alan got us fitted in asap and much appreciated. Highly recommend these nice guys.

We've had x-gas out for a few jobs now including installing a fully new heating system and fitting our gas cooker.

Always been a positive experience, even when we changed our plans and asked them to come back out.

Prices were fair and were always available when we needed them.

We phoned this company to help with combi boiler not firing up. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, temporary fixed while awaiting parts.
On time and courteous engineer. Everything fixed and working well. I didnt get any other quotes as the other gas repair companies couldn't get me seen quickly. I would definately recommend to others and use again myself if needed.

We had our boiler serviced recently. I think the lads name was Gavin, not sure. Anyways he was lovely and very professional. Also the lady in the office was lovely, Jade I think her name is.

X-Gas van parked opposite the entrance to my property, preventing me from turning right onto the road. I telephoned them and they said they'd contact the driver and ask them to move; however, 15 minutes passed and they hadn't. There was no loading or unloading during this time. The silly thing is there's a FREE public car park literally about 20 yards from where they had parked.
