Product is literally bad definitely not worth it didn't do a thing for me no growth no nothing and 100%???? Not unless you take take 30 days of video of your junk to send to see for themselves LoL. Buyer beware it's a huge scam

Ordered August 5. Took 10 days before they even processed the order. After several emails, and messages sent via Messenger (that were viewed never responded too), it finally shipped.. Shipping took a long time as well, sitting and waiting for pickup. Little did I know prior to shipping, that it comes from China, and not Alabama like the address of the company suggests. I got an email today Sept 9, 2025 stating it had delivered. I looked everywhere and didn’t find anything, then a few hours later it was finally delivered. I will not be dealing with them again. The customer service is extremely poor, I started monitoring my credit card, saving screenshots and copies of any correspondence with this company, as I believed I got scammed. I even contacted my card company two days before it was shipped to file a dispute. When I seen that it finally shipped, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put a hold on the dispute. Definitely do not recommend.

They assured me this would not be a subscription but THEY WONT STOP CHARGING MY CARD!!!! I can’t get anyone to stop it and there’s no option to cancel online. I’m now writing this review and calling my bank to report fraud,

Absolutely terrible.

The last two shipments have not been all there it has been missing 5 diffent things that were to be sent with the orders costing me about 150.00 dollors have tide to reach them 6 diffent times.

Ordered MONTHS ago. Never got the product and have requested a refund multiple times with only a computer generated response. They are TERRIBLE. Literally STOLE my money!!

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I placed an order over a month and a half ago and have not received my product or a refund which I have been asking for a month now. Absolutely do not purchase their products. This company has no sense of customer relations. Absolutely horrible to do business with.

This company Xara is a complete scam. Save your money and find legit companies. I fell for this one they took 70$, the product never came so I contacted their “support”. No answer, no product and obviously stole 70 dollars from me. Companies like this should be obliterated.

Purchase from Xarashilajit on May 19th with no indication or communication that they have or will ship the product. IA responses promisingly someone will respond in 24 hrs with no response.... theives!

I ordered the Shilajit gummies,but I almost canceled because I waited about a month for them to get here but I said to myself I'll give them another week and lo and behold I got an email saying that they were on their way and they would be here in a couple of days. I got a great discount if I bought two I got two free so I did that but after I received them I was very skeptical about taking them because of the reviews and the fact that I thought they may have been coming from China but I was totally wrong after doing some research with my girlfriend that they actually come from Pakistan Himalayan mountains. We both bit the bullet and decided to take them together so that if we died from it we would die together. So we both decided to take just a half of one meaning we split one in half and we both had a half and my girlfriend noticed within 10 minutes that her energy level spiked and she is very sensitive to a lot of things and I was really impressed when I saw this and how happy she was from the feeling of these Shilajit gummies. I actually felt very energized as well. The instructions say to take the gummies on an empty stomach but we took the gummies with white wine. Lol. Needless to say these gummies are amazing and they have a flavor of medieval times it's almost like as if you are stepping back in time into the prehistoric dinosaur age. That's what the flavor kind of mimics and it is very amazingly authentic. Like I said I was very skeptical but I definitely would purchase these gummies again hands down! I don't know why this product isn't getting great reviews because it is a great product. I can tell that this product is well formulated from minerals high in the Himalayan mountains

Waited a month and a half for this junk then they claimed to deliver it to my front door but my cameras that I have all around the house have recorded no delivery in the past week now I'm just trying to get my money back but I also want to shut this scam site down don't buy from Xara you're just giving away money.

Never opened the product. Their generated email indicated that since my product is unused and unopened I can get a refund. I’ve sent over 30 emails to get the same dumb automated responses. Such a scam and terrible service.

Ordered BOGO (x2) for a Total of 4 items [Pure Himalayan Shilajit], took forever for the tracking number to be shared and for the parcel to be delivered (approximately a month). Worst part is I ONLY Received HALF MY PURCHASED ORDER! It's been over a month since my complaint, and no Resolution; takes weeks for a reply to which they simply ask for what has already been shared!

Took ages to deliver and supposed to be buy one get one free but charged for two!!! Customer Service ignoring emails.

It's appears is an elaborate scam.
Big red flags for all potential buyers if you saw the ads on Facebook or planing to buy their product, you will receive nothing but losing money, Xara scam business practices.

If I could give 0 stars I would this company are scammers do not buy from this company, contact from customer services nothing, 2 months from ordering still no delivery still no refund and 0 response

I have received order after 5 weeks and it's incorrect product delivered .emailed customer care multiple times and no response from them .it's a scam don't buy from them

I think this a fake app they out here taking people money. I purchased these gummies in the month of March it is now May and I still haven't received anything yet not my package or my money back I have emailed these people several times and no one has responded back at all this doesn't make any sense to me I just want my money back and I can't even get a refund nor a response.
