Xarashilajit 

This company started off by adding a supplement to my order that I did not want. I wanted to try one, which I ordered, and that night I got a text from them that they had upgraded my order to two. (W/O my permission) It got worse from there.
Weeks later I started getting updates that the package was enroute with a postal tracking number. That stopped. Then I started getting notifications that it was in Shinzhen, China, waiting to be shipped.
After multiple attempts and 6 weeks of no product and trying to figure out what was going on, I was able to cancel thru my bank and get a refund.
Their refund policy is impossible once you receive the product because you have to take a picture every day of you using it with a daily paper or some proof every single day for 30 days THEN. You must pay for shipping. Stay away from this Chinese Scam.

Would put -5* if one to choose.
17 days order not processed 60 plus email not one real reply til 2 days ago. Said that I had a box number. Fufillment couldn’t ship
I had physical and box number. Still nothing. Just checked my order status on website “”” no order found “” fervour sh!t together. But sure took payment fast. Not impressed.

UPDATE 41days still not here. Maybe here in 4-6 more. Wt!

Well, I wanted to believe the hype around Xara’s Shilajit resin, but what I received was a weak, watery version of what I’d call the “real thing.” I’ve tried several Shilajit products before, and this one just doesn’t stack up it feels diluted or mixed with something else. Not exactly what I was hoping for when I paid a premium price. Definitely won’t be using it, and certainly won’t be ordering again.
As for the Five-in-One Gummies… still waiting. It’s been over a month now, and all I’ve gotten from customer service is the classic “It’s in transit” line. No apology, no solution, just a tracking number that goes nowhere fast. I even asked for a refund, but apparently, that was too much to ask.
Overall, it’s been an enlightening experience just not in the way I hoped. Product quality: questionable. Customer service: non existent. Would I recommend? Only if you like surprises and enjoy chasing down your own orders.

All 5 star reviews are fake..... ordered this 6 weeks ago and still waiting for it. Tracking wasnt updating and then finally when I send an email asking where my product was, suddenly if was updated that it was delivered but no one was home, and it was returned to the collection centre. What a load of bs, I work from home, no one came, no products, no notification or a card to say where to pick it up. Still waiting, been emailing with no reply. Dont fall for this scam people.

Well I'd love to say i enjoy this product or even got the chance to use said product and have results. But after waiting for weeks even months to recieve the product I got the notification it arrived to only not have received the item and after about 4 emails enquiring about the product I still haven't received anything back from the company about my order status or even if I'd like money back or resend the item

After 4 weeks of excitement to see how these things change how I feel after working 2 jobs and 2 kids, my body was just killing me. I received them. Now 7 weeks later I feel just as shit. I actually think these made me feel worse. I even did a test, had a day off them to see how I felt and I was much better. The next day had a gummie in the morning and bam💥 felt shit again. Will not be buying more.save ya money folks

Tried the 3 in 1 gummies. Didn't notice any real difference to energy levels at all. Figured I'd give them longer as I made next to no other changes in my life. Purchased the 5 in 1 and they sent the 3 in 1. Zero response from them. Save your money and buy Australian owned supplements.

Ordered on the 23rd of December 2024 , with numerous emails sent to them and only one or two emails replied back saying they'd had a few problems with Ordered. Now it's the 24th of March 2025 and still no post or tracked shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Terrible service. Only generic AI response saying order in on the way. 34 days later it’s been to Chicago, Houston,DC, Houston Richmond (60 miles from me) back to houston,ohio, south Houston,north houston. And still there. Tracking number id not usps, fedex ,ups or dhl either so no one can help. Save your money don’t be ripped of by this scam

Terrible company, I emailed them everyday wanting to know why after 10 days it just said ready to ship, they came today and it took 2 weeks to finally get them.

Did anyone actually receive there gummy’s? I’ve been waiting months for them to turn up

Been waiting almost 3months and after numerous attempts to contact them I get no response,don’t waste time and money on this site ,tracking number given says it’s been delivered but nothings shown up ,so disappointed can’t even ask for refund

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you have a person who’s not your friend, I’d definitely recommend this company to them.
If there was half a star or less than a star, the Xara company would be more deserving of this rating over a single star. Numerous attempts to “contact us” have gone unanswered and now my package says it’s been delivered.. and it hasn’t….

This to me is nothing different than gummies I'd buy at the dollar store. All this hype and advertising and does nothing for me. Sorry but it doesn't come anywhere near what I expected. Refund please

Ordered the items 3 almost 4 weeks ago. I have messaged numerous times with no response. The tracking number keeps telling me it’s been processed very very disappointed. Suchpoor customer service.
Definitely a scam

I ordered on January 8th and it’s now March. Have not received my order and they have not replied to any emails at all and I have written 6 times.
I believe it is a scam for sure!! Do NOT purchase anything from this site.

Ordered and was patient to receive after reading reviews that shipment takes a long time. After 5 weeks I received the product and had a change of heart. I did not open or use the product and immediately reached out to their support to return. They claim to offer a refund if unopened and unused, but where to return is a mystery. A legitimate company doesn't hide where to return product or completely ignore 6 attempts to contact them for this return info. Save your money and go to a local health food store. They have great marketing but it's all a scam

I ordered February 14 have not received anything just keep.telling me it's delayed think it's a scam

the company are ok, my gummy xara shilajit came quick , but the efect , its candy noting more

First off, I want to say I have no affiliation with this company. This was the first time I ordered from this company. It did take about a month to receive my order. I did receive a notification when my delivery was made to my mailbox. The package came properly sealed.

I reviewed the comments posted on this product. Appears delivery time is the most common complaint. I did not see any complaints of the product not working. I will post again after a month and advise if I noticed a difference or not.
