I had to pay 30 euros for Extra@Home delivery, because the width of my package was +2cm from the maximum width for which they deliver for free. However, once I received the package, there were smaller dimensions written on it. They just put more on the website for you to pay that extra delivery costs. I have tried to contact them 6 times - they don't pick up, they don't respond to my complaints on their client service and they don't write back to my e-mails! It has been a month since I first wrote, but no response at all from their side! Unbelievably bad service! Never again!

I ordered Xmas gifts Saturday the 19th, got a mail that they will be delivered the 24.12 with Routigo, but the parcel was not delivered that day :( I am glad it was delievered later but there is now a lot I need to return once shops are open again :(

Repair ke liye 12 se 15 kilometer xenox ka service men jaha bulata hai waha jana padta hai.uper se koi paperwork bhi nahi dete.

I placed an online purchase on 2nd April 2020. I received tracking numbers to track the order through post NL, which every time I checked the status would be somehow stuck on 7th April for two of the packages and one package had been delivered. On the 13th April I emailed the customer service to see where my order was. They emailed back on the 17th and I was told that it was busy and it could take up to 2 weeks and it was an error that one of the packages had already been delivered. At this point it had already been 3 weeks already. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the current situation and waited. In this time I also ordered things from other online retailers and would receive updates from them frequently and apologies for my wait. I never heard anything from Xenos. 7 weeks later I thought that it was beyond a joke now so I emailed them to see what is happening. 10 days later they emailed back to say they had received my goods back and I would get a refund?! On the 21st of June no sign of a refund so I emailed again, no response. It’s now been 10 weeks since my original order and no sign of my goods or a refund. Just €100 taken from my account?! It’s such a shame because I’ve purchased nice things in the stores before and really wanted the items I ordered. I will never shop with them again!
The worst online purchase I've ever made. I'll definitely stop buying from them.
I ordered a balcony set from them, but the day afterwards I cancelled my order. After that all hell broke loose, and everything that could go wrong, did. They hadn't shipped it yet but they couldn't take it out of their system so they shipped it anyways. Gave me the wrong instructions on the phone multiple times, did not reply to emails. Had to drag a heavy package to town just for it to be rejected by the post. Finally, after me yelling at them, they came to pick it up at my house. You think it's all over then? No of course not, I had to wait in line for another half hour just to ask for my money back because they weren't able to follow their own internal processes on credit return. This is all in a span of two months, and I didn't even want the package in the first place!
awful customer service and service in general. I have done an order almost one month ago and a quite expensive item of that order has not arrived yet, nor have I received any news updates about it. called the customer service twice, had the badluck of having a monologue type of conversation with the same person there who kept on repeating " it is very busy madame" . No responses to my email inquiries, this is an awful service and would recommend this company to anyone. at the time of writing this, I have not received my item and don't know anything about its status.
The lady at the cash counter of Xenos store in Amstelveen Centrum mall was very rude.
Nice selection of merchandise, reasonalby priced, clear website and the delivery happened without any problems.
I had extensions put in here and Hayley did a great job selecting the colours and blending them in to my natural hair. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I have since booked in to have my hair coloured with them.
I have also had a massage here. I really suffered with knots on my back and shoulders due to bad posture and sitting down all day. I have had 3 massages now and my shoulders and back feel much looser and I no longer get a pain in my shoulders and neck.
The products came in in perfect conditions! The only issue I had was a small delay for delivering...but it was because of the Christmas season I guess...
Xenos has a great selection of products and great prices, I have become a regular shopper!

I recently purchased a Kreta Balkon set via the Xenos website. Everything arrived promptly and in good order, but I was a little disappointed to discover that the quality of the item did not match that of the same set on display in stores. The chairs were lovely, but the the table wasn't finished to the same standard. With the in store example the table top slats were neatly finished off and sanded down. My version the edges were left rough and unsanded which gave a sloppy and unfinished look. This left me just a tiny bit annoyed as I based my decision to buy the balcony set off of the example I saw in stores.
I bought required items using internet page of Xenos first time in my life and was absolutely satisfied - very reasonable price, very fast delivery, 1 item was replaced according to my additional request within 1-2 days.
Very recommend their service.
