XevoTech is definitely the go-to server host provider when it comes hosting any game server or even using it for a professional business use. However, the one thing I must say, when XevoTech does maintenance on there nodes/server, it takes them a while.

I do understand that they take their time when it comes to maintenance, and I appreciate that whole heartedly. From past experience being a developer for FiveM communities, I've worked on servers that are hosted with XevoTech, and I must say they're network speeds are better than ZapHosting it seems like.

I purchased a server from XevoTech in the middle of their node repair time, and they worked quick and speedy. They made sure to keep me updated as well as their entire customer base, and customer service is a big part for me when it comes to buying a service or product from a company. They get an A+ for customer service.

Well... It was running smooth at first... I had this lovely person named MainSoul (discord) who helped me out with my whole server since I was new to this hosting company thing. And he helped me and it still in contact with me to this day. XevoTech was going absolutely beautiful and smooth.. weeellll... until April 6th... I missed a payment and was away on vacation and I came back on the 20th, saw I had a late invoice, and I paid it... But I suppose their system did not register that I paid it, so I was about to be charged a late fee. Which thankfully, the issue was resolved before I was charged / paid it. It is now May 6th and I got an email saying I have an invoice I have to pay... and it says that it was initiated on the 6th of April. Which is impossible because I paid for it on the 20th of April. So I contacted support at roughly 2:00PM... The CEO answered my ticket. And I explained the issue in a roughly fast matter of time. But it is now roughly 2 hours later, and I have not gotten a reply..

So, all in all.. Their system has some financial "glitches" (though it could be a scamming technique), as well as their support team (CEO mostly) does not keep up with urgent matters.. I have pinged him in the discord ticket, and he still does not answer.

I thought it would be a great hosting company, and it WAS, but now it's just a financial crisis. If it did automatic payments, I would've lost over $30 by now.

I guess what I am trying to get at in this, is their support, and their financial system.

Love the Hosting Also The Staff there are Funny and also Helpfull and has instant Help Personally recommend it and staff are beastsssssssssss

They were very nice and they set up my game node in 15 to 20 minutes

DO NOT BUY!!! They scam by buying vps’s for cheap and reselling for expensive.
THEYRE OWN TOS SAYS THE CANNOT USE DISCORD TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND YET USES IT MAINLY

XevoTech has amazing Staff Members. The Hosting Company and my service was fantastic :)

Since I first started using XevoTech they have been nothing but helpful. The CEO personally helped me set up my server and told me what to do. I have never made one before so this was quite helpful. All the staff are super friendly and are super helpful. My server had some problems and it kept going down for some reason, but XevoTech support continuously tried their hardest to get it fixed as soon as they could. Thank you guys for your great support and I'm looking forward to the future!

XevoTech has outstanding support, they know what they are doing and have a variety of experience. The Chief Executive Officer, Connor, is very smart and helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to start building a website, or make their own game servers.

Dodgy hosting stole my money and the CEO BenSon breached my privacy and modified my files also since i called him out he decided to remove my node and he tries to manipulate people into feeling bad for him.

Amazing support when they were closed hours they still helped me very cheap and reliable hosting I love them to check them out

Create customer service and gladly helped us after their open hours! Also has great servers that are fast!

Connor gives the best customer support out there online and xevo tech is the way to go and I have never been more happy with what I purchased
