Vouchers given by a previous employer to my husband

The vouchers given by the company my husband worked for have no expiry date. When he tried to redeem them he was unable to get into his account. I have rang the company Xexec who issued the vouchers only to be told that the files will have been deleted if they have expired, but there is no expiry date showing as I have told them.

Absolutely disgusted with this company

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Disgraceful ‼️
One star is one too many ‼️
Been waiting since 15th May for my AA voucher.
Phoned numerous times and sent numerous emails - all I get told is they’ll pass it on as a matter of urgency and someone will call me back - no one ever does and emails are ignored 🤬

What absolute joke this company is!!

What absolute joke this company is! Absolutely no support or empathy for their customers. After many support tickets and daily phone calls, I am yet to hear back from anyone to deal with my issue after several months. You are better putting your money straight in the bin than use this company. KEEP WELL CLEAR!!

Gift voucher order via Xexec never fulfilled

I was awarded an LPT2 enterprise award containing a gift voucher via Xexec through work
On 31/05/2023 I selected the retailer entered in the code given on my award certificate and order my voucher for the retailer on their list . I received the order confirmation but then nothing ….
Unfortunately. Despite calling them and emailing them almost every day for two months - I have yet to receive my order or an update on its status.
I would not recommend them.

This reward service is rubbish

This reward service is rubbish. Got the reward from my company ,claimed it 20.5.23 from xexec said we will email you voucher within 48 hours
Heard nothing week later spoke to someone. They keep taking massages and keep emailing me a ticket no everytime to say we received your message. Last ticket no is 1764542 on 15.6.23 . Must have been 6th ticket number. Has not gone any further . It's a £100 voucher. I think that £100 is down the drain. Please do not use this service again. Notice to the company that gave me the xexec voucher.
Thanks

Awful company. Vouchers don't come in a timely manner. Helpline is run by a 3rd party who simply "log" complaints that go nowhere. Emails result in an automated response that never resolve the issue. Shameful, amateur company who are clearly are happy to take money but not bothered about delivering a service. Employers should stop using them.

Horrendous Service

Having received 2 amazon vouchers with incorrect claim codes, I contacted Xexec on 9 separate occasions over 4 weeks, repeating the same information, and being told that somebody would get back to me. This has not happened! I am exasperated.

Scam sale!!

Scam sale!!

Below is the email I sent to Xexec after sending 20 emails and called x times!! Stay away from XEXEC!!!

----

It is not acceptable to me the conclusion (or decision, if you like) that you've provided in your email rejecting the refund request for the Lastminute.com voucher I purchased via Xexec on 15 Feb 2023.

Firstly, you stated that a refund cannot be processed because the funds have been transferred to Lastminute.com. This is not a valid reason for Xexec to reject my request because I purchased the voucher from Xexec rather than Lastminute.com. I have no visibility or control over whether or not (and when) Xexec pays Lastminute (whatever the contract is between Xexec and Lastminute.com is not my concern). In fact, I paid Xexec £864 in exchange for a voucher worth £900 to use at Lastminute.com to purchase my flight ticket.

Secondly, you claim that the policy for using the voucher was clearly stated on your portal where I made the purchase, stating that it could only be used when I purchased a flight ticket along with a hotel reservation (you referred to point 4 in my screenshot below). I disagree with this argument because the language is too ambiguous and misleading. Because Lastminute.com sells a variety of services/products, such as the aforementioned and theatre tickets, car rentals, and so on, my interpretation is that this voucher can only be used to purchase flight tickets, train tickets, and hotel rooms and no other products/services they provide. It is not stated anywhere on that page that it is only valid when you purchase a 'flight and hotel' package (i.e. buy both at the same time). As a trader, you are responsible for ensuring that the information and description of the goods/services you are offering are complete and clear. I asked several colleagues to read that line, and they all agreed with my interpretation and said that it is debatable (when something is debatable and open to interpretation, it is vague).

Thirdly, you stated that you cannot refund me and that “[you] hope that [I]’ll be able to spend the voucher within that time [9-12months]. Also, if [I] wish, [1] can give it to a family member or a friend.” This is reckless and totally unacceptable to me! Would you give £900 to a friend as a gift? I've already used up my annual leave for this year for the trip I just returned from, and I don't have any plans to travel in the next two years because my parents recently moved in with me and I need to spend time with them. Even if I do go on short vacations in the future, my intention in purchasing this voucher was never to prepay for those "potential future vacations," and I should not be sacrificing my own life plans to fulfil a "scam-like" purchase I made with Xexec.

Fourthly, after realising that the voucher cannot be used for my flight ticket purchase, I paid for the ticket with my bank card because I needed to secure a ticket as soon as possible. I contacted Xexec within 15 minutes of purchasing the voucher to explain and requested a cancellation and refund (keeping in mind that I am also entitled to a cooling-off period under the Consumer's Rights Act). I have done everything possible to sort out this problem, and I would like to ask you to please be reasonable and fair in your treatment of me and this matter.

Lastly, £864 is a significant amount of money to me. I won't watch it disappear into the trash bin and do nothing about it. I will take every step necessary to ensure my rights are protected and my money is returned.

No response at all

As all the other reviews have said, there is no response at all from this company. Emails go unanswered except for an auto reply that directs you back to the inquiry form. It's a useless circle. I've waited almost 3 months for a voucher that's still not been delivered and there's no way to request a refund or lodge a complaint.

Company has been brought over by another firm 2023

This company has been recently been brought over from another company as of January 2023. They used to be a very good company to deal with. They have frozen a fair few accounts. Not sure what this new company will introduce or if they are having teething issues. Would be great if they provided some sort of statement.

Worse company I've ever dealt with!!

Absolutely diabolical company! Like everyone else here, have been waiting for an e-voucher for more than a month and despite loads of calls/emails which either take an eternity to answer or get ignored, I have not received it still. Save yourself future hassle and never use these jokers! I've already informed our employer to cancel their contract with them and good riddance!
