Delivery of Simba Mattress. On time as advised via email and telephone call.

Delivered my Simba mattress 4hrs before my allocated time slot, though they called and texted an hour before they knew they would arrive to ensure I could be back home in time.

I’d ordered a Simba mattress bundle, and all items were carried up to the room I’d requested without any hassle. Drivers were very friendly and one had offered to check if there was space left in the van to take away my old mattress, but sadly there wasn’t on this occasion, but they were really nice about it and gave a number to call to get it picked up.

Quite possibly the most cheerful 2-man delivery team I’ve ever seen in my life, and the snowy and windy weather didn’t seem to put them off.

To Caithness this was a very long delivery journey (16 March) for the team. Text message contacts giving concise time-slot. Final telephone message "arrive in 40 minutes" & arrived on time. Professional, polite, careful at all times; removing shoes before entering home. Simba box placed beside bed & old mattress removed. A fine, painless experience (whilst Caithness seas raged outside - much to the entertainment of the team).

The drivers rang me before delivery, arrived within the time frame set (45-60minutes). They delivered my mattress to the required room (taking their shoes off in the process, without needing to be asked), and were overall very pleasant.

Very nice people, the only down point was they refused to take away the box and the plastic wrap which the mattress came in, a little annoying.

Great delivery called me and fitted around the delivery time that I needed as I had to go to work, friendly, bought the mattress in to where I needed it

Just had a delivery of a Simba mattress. Could not fault the service it was the best I have received. Why can’t other delivery companies work like this? We were given a 4 hour slot initially, followed by a text one hour before delivery. They arrived accordingly. They were very pleasant and nothing was too much for them including setting up the mattress in situ. Exceptional service.

Brilliant company.
I have had a fair few deliveries over last year, having really bad experiences with ups.
These chaps were great, rang an hour before they were due, carried mattress upstairs, took off their shoes so as not to dirty carpets and were polite. They also fussed cat, who was making himself popular.

Generally very reliable. the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the pricing which is a little too expensive compared with the competition.
