customer service is non existent- DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

I had a 24 month warranty for my headphone. Headpones broke just 3 days after the first year was up. They will not replace as their new warranty is for 1 year. I will not be purchasing from them again. I have been a returning customer, but will not be returning to them anymore.

Two car-phone holders were purchased and both broke within a year in the exact same way.

Company is no longer listed on Amazon - due to them paying people for false reviews - so I cannot initiate a refund.

The reviews were the reason we bought the products - criminal company that sells products based on fraudulent reviews.

Yes customer service on warranty claim cannot be contacted anymore even their website on claim warranty message does not work when I tried submitting it. I was trying to claim just yesterday. I purchased twice of MPOW because I liked it but the warranty is useless. They even sent me a 24 yr warranty email. The customer service number was terminated so there is no other way of claiming now. Just disappointing that this MPOW headphone cannot be repaired anymore. I will just buy another durable brand better than this:-(

If I could give it a zero I would, bought on Amazon the Bluetooth wireless headset with the extended warranty Less than a year later it broke, and the support email is no longer in valid with MowPow, they gave me a link that takes me back to amazon for the warrant. Their warranty through Amazon is fake and they have a disconnected number on Amazon. Here is their response to me that I sent to their customer support email. Also if you go to their page the number is disconnected REALLY BAD COMPANY

Had a few Mpow headphones over the years. Cheap but satisfactory for the price. Only ever last around 2 years before breaking. Just bought another pair and tried to sign up for free extended 2 year warranty. Waste of time as link doesn’t work. Then tried chatting on their live chat. Still no response. Not even going to try and call them after reading some of these reviews. Sounds like they’ve gone out of business, but if not, you’ve lost a regular customer here. Once this pair break then think I’ll go back to Beats headphones.

same story here. Bought earbuds from Aliexpress-official MPOW store. they are garbage, sound terrible, fit terrible so I wanted to return them. Seller kept asking for a video. How the hell is a video going to show terrible sound or fit ? they would not send me a return label after I had already paid for shipping. I refused to send them back at my expense, Aliexpress was no help, all bots, they sided with the seller so I am stuck with a piece of crap product. Tried contacting MPOW directly, same as all reviews, same autoreply, same conclusion, this company is either a fraud or out of business and yet their products are still selling.

It was faulty on delivery, distorted audio. They refused to reply or discuss further after I sent a video to them showing the fault. They refused to refund or send a shipping label for return, They just ignore customers and treat them like dirt, selling them defective products

I ordered the earbuds on Au.2, I just got them yesterday, August 18. I as to send emails asking for tracking, but I always got delayed as an answer. Finally! Not only that, but I get it, only to open the package and lo and behold, the earbuds were missing!!!
All of my emails ave not been replied to whatsoever. As per another poster here, THEY ARE A SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Bought Mpow X3 earphones off Amazon.ca, died a few months later, contacted about warranty and have heard very little back. Arguing for over year for them to honour the warranty that they did recognize and extend to 2 years... but they refuse and now they do not even respond. They eventually told me their money was never given to them by Amazon (highly unlikely as Amazon buys upfront) and to contact Amazon (I tried). Amazon tells me to pound sand: they don't care at all. This is a ridiculous loop... someone got my cash, that's for sure, and the product is broken... that's for sure. ;( Amazon and Mpow are both suspect in this case. :( Hours of time lost arguing with both of them. Pathetic.

I really liked the earbuds I bought. They didn't last as long as I thought they should have - maybe 6 months for one and the other cut out at about the 11 month mark. The biggest problem is with the customer service which is awful. The phone numbers they give don't work and they won't respond to anything. I bought them off of Ebay. Initially I was wandering if I could buy a replacement earbud to change out the one that broke but as I have already said I could not get any response. VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Terrible customer services. They simlly ignore you when you ask a question about an order. I've sent 4 emails with no response.

This may only work if you have already registered the warranty / have bought the product from the official Mpow site.

Try using their warranty email shown on the "about" page on their Facebook, and send your order number. The other email just gives autoreplies.

Their customer service from my experience was great, and the quality of their earphones is what you would expect even of high end brands.

Mpow m30 earbuds broke within 2 year warranty. When contacted, company says contact the seller (amazon)! Glad that amazon refunded the amount on return.
I see they have been banned from selling on amazon?! Don't see their product listed anymore.

Like other reviews here, I tried to exercise my warranty via the website today, and the site was not working. I tried using the support email listed on the site, but got a return email saying, "Thanks for your email! We feel sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our website is under maintenance currently, therefore this email address 'support at xmpow.com' could not accept the incoming email this time." I then tried to call the number listed on the website, and it was disconnected.

It's not hard to come to the conclusion that MPOW has gone out of business, especially after reading a comment online saying they've been banned from Amazon for fake review violations.

Should you find their earbuds on a third-party site, beware. Your warranty won't be honored, and while their earbuds are good for listening to music, they're absolutely horrible as a solution for hands-free calling.

4 emails about my defective ear buds and no response. Warranty was worthless

Terrible customer services. All four emails addresses dont work Facebook messenger no reply. Twitter not been monitored. Online returning system does not work. No way of contacting the business with faulty item. No resolution. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Basically the same story as everyone else. Bought a pair of earphones lasted 6 months until battery in the the buds stopped working. Tried to use warranty on website, doesn't work. Went to support email, automated response about the website under maintenance, which somehow means the email doesn't work, makes sense. The earphones were very good, sound quality 10/10, noise cancelling 7/10, battery life 9/10. Just terrible customer service and lies about warranty. If you buy, they will break in a couple of months for no reason and you will not get your money back.

Bought a set of earbuds. Worked fine for a few months then the audio in the left earbud started breaking up like it had a bad antenna, when I touch it with my hand the signal gets better but as soon as I remove it I lose signal again. Contacted MPOW on their support email as I am supposed to have a 24 month warranty but email bounced back stating they cant accept it due to maintenance on their site. Tried again a week later same thing. If they are able to detect an email and respond saying their email is broken I would think that means it actually works?? So sent an email to sales asking them to pass the request to service this email did not fail but as yet 6 weeks later i have had no response.

Complete fiction about delivery of item despite tracking order. £20 down the drain unless they provide a refund (hell will probably freeze over before this happens). I think with this general TrustPilot score, ebay are incredibly irresponsible, publishing 98.8% positive reports, do they not check with sites such as yours?
