These are my first pair of wireless buds. A gift that was well received. Ideal for working from home and in the car. But I learnt my lesson wearing them cycling. The Left headphone mysteriously disappeared en route and hasn't been found. Only a week old and my fear of how easily they can fall out was realised. shame

At this moment, I have 3 pairs of headphones/headsets. I love them all. So practical, functional, with cool design and quality.
Customer support was nothing but helpful the first time I ordered a new pair (a new model). Unfortunately, it had a problem (one of the headphones did not work), and customer support helped me and wanted to send me a new pair without sending back the one that I bought. I was traveling at that time, so they refunded me the total price without asking me to send back the product I bought. That's when I bought 3 more different pairs, and now after 8 months of constantly using them, they are still working and charging perfectly. The prices are so affordable. So satisfied.

One star is a “complement” for this MPOW product. An objective position: absolute waste of money. Bluetooth does not work more than 5 feet away from the source. Also, customer service is inept.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews- however this deserves a warning to others do not buy this junk

Do not buy this crap! My headset was hardly used and just a few days after 2 Years (warranty) it will not charge. After some useless emails from the terrible support of this company they refused to do anything. We own a store and we had them here for sale.
I just cleared the shelf from this crap, we will not sell this kind of items.

Atrocious Customer Service

I received a pair of their mid-range wireless earbuds as a gift.

The earbuds suddenly and inexplicably stopped playing media but were still connecting and producing in-built audio but no media audio streams.

When I contacted customer service, 24hr later I received an email asking:
"Could you please offer us the invoice of the item or tell us your amazon order number first so that we can solve the problem for you better?"

The key words to note here are: "so that we can solve the problem for you better?" - this is a lie as I will explain further in this comment.

I replied explaining how I had received them as a gift and that it was not possible to obtain such details since I am not the original purchaser.

I then received a most egregious response stating that they will not help me until I do something as extraordinary as ask the person who gifted me the earbuds, to try and find the required details and furnish me with them (how can they assume I am still in touch with said "friend" or that they are even still contactable?).
- "You can tell your friend that you need the order ID to register the Mpow program and extend warranty.

We need the order ID to get warranty from the supplier."

I work in IT and Customer Service so I know that a product serial number is all they should require to trace the exact item in question.

Very disappointed with how this company treats users of their products.

I ordered from Amazon.co.uk.
I received my order today and when I opened the package the earpod box inside was empty and no earpods where present. When I went to the amazon website they directed me to the manufacturer's website which was passing the buck to me. The only other option was to return the package to Amazon but I received nothing but an empty box how do I return that.

What waste of space bought headphones via Amazon and the delivery was quick the extra warrant was quick I did the review they asked for so as to get a £20 Amazon gift card , that’s when the poo his the fan. No sign of gift card still showing on my account as a gift but with out the Validation code. The headphones as developed a Bluetooth fault were after being paired and connected to my LG OLEC TV they disconnect after a few seconds. My sons cheap ear buds work a treat on my TV ... to date 9 emails sent with warranty customer support and support all copied in. Have I received any reply’s ( hell no not one ) as far as I can see there are only interested in you when the require reviews and offer amazon gift cards for writing them . They even email you to say thank you for your review in an email that states please reply to confirm your review and receive your free £20 gift card in 5 working days . Still waiting . I got earbuds on Amazon and they sounded great and were the best I’ve tried for the very reasonable price.
I dropped the left one and the stem snapped off. I emailed and got a very speedy response and we emailed back and forth over a few days until I got my full refund.

i bought two pairs from best buy (bb model number MPWBMBH143CB). one is still working and the other quit working within a few months. it turns itself on and off and says "bluetooth connecting," followed slowly after with "disconnected." it does this sporadically until it dies.

i have been trying to contact mpow and best buy since they quit working, but no one will take responsibility. the headphones come with a one year warranty.

when you (repeatedly and descriptively) contact mpow via email, they robotically respond that they only honor warranties for amazon purchases. funny that the warranty in the box does not mention that.

when you call, they say they will reach out to their "back end support team" who will (guess what?) send you an email. when you follow up after not having received any emails, they say it must have went to spam, even though no messages have come in, spam or otherwise. then, when you keep contacting after they make it obvious they hope you are going to forget about it, they just ghost you. when you contact them on social media platforms, they act concerned in "public", tell you to send a dm, then they ghost you.

best buy only tells me to contact the manufacturer. when i tell them i have, they tell me to go to a store. when i go to a store, they say there's nothing they can do about it because it's outside of their 15-day return window. but they'll "sell me a new pair of headphones at a discount." they aren't standing behind the product either.

needless to say, i will be more cautious about which manufacturer and supplier i purchase from in the future. i have never had a customer service experience be so deliberately neglected and avoided as this one, and since they refuse to act honorably in private, i will be sure to let it be known in public with my money, mouth, and keyboard.

I had never heard of Mpow products, but tried one of their Bluetooth headphones. They were only $29.99 but actually sound as good as a $200 pair of wired headphones I have.
Because of this I bought a USB Bluetooth RX/TX adapter for my TV. All I had to do was plug it in and paired immediately. It provides a strong connection for a good distance
I thought I had a problem with the headphones, but actually did not, so I emailed Xmpow's support team. I was contacted by them in a short time.
If they provide a product I need, I will definitely buy theirs.

SCAM. Customer service non-existent. Don't buy!

My left earbud stopped working in less than a month. They claim to have an extended warranty, but they don't respond to claim tickets. I've sent THREE emails, two warranty claims, and two emails through Amazon. They haven't responded to any. Now I have to get a refund and I'm without headphones. DO NOT BUY. Spend a few extra bucks and go elsewhere to a company that actually cares.

Have an issue with my earbuds and they won’t answer despite sending them 3 messages. Seems like they don’t care enough to help you.

This is a scam company. My headphones broke after 3 months. I emailed customer service as I had 'extended warranty' and they said they would send a replacement (they didn't). They then emailed saying that if i bought the tripod selfie stick from their store and gave it a 5 star review they would give me a full refund for it. They didn't. And had access to my paypal. DO NOT USE YOUR USUAL PASSWORD ON THEIR WEBSITE. I feel stupid falling for their scam but they're very convincing. Don't fall for this scam company.

Don't make an account. If you do, DO NOT use the same password as anything else. Bought something from amazon from them that came with an "extended warranty" card. Tried to register it, wouldn't let me. Said I need to make an account. After that it still didn't let me. Took my information and tried to steal my identity.. Hate this crazy world..

Context: Amazon (Mpow BH146), decided to post here because amazon censors and deletes legitimate reviews.

Firstly I would like to discuss the price, it is £99.99 at the current time writing this. I thought the 50/55% discount was special and temporary but it isn't, it's been there for a month or 2 after buying this. It has also said "offer expires in x" but it has been long past that time and it's still there. Fraudulent tactics to convince consumers to buy this product thinking it's a £100 product when in reality it's a £50 one, which explains the issues I'm currently having.

Secondly, the noise cancellation is awful, you can pretty much hear everything around you, it also does not cancel voices very well, in fact it amplifies them which ruins and makes the feature pointless. There is also a subtle screeching while using the feature (ambient noise) which has made me not use the feature again.

Thirdly, the battery. The battery itself is good, however you cannot use it to your full potential because when it's low (around 10-20% left) there's a deafening voice saying "battery low" every 2-3 minutes which cannot be turned off or lowered, this has made me jump numerous times making me regret my purchase each time. As a person sensitive to loud noises, this is a complete deal breaker for me and I am unable to continue using it when the battery is low.

Fourthly, the cable that came in the box was broken, (yes broken!) the point where all cheap and badly manufactured jacks broke (which is the part entering the jack) and so I can only hear through one side when using the wired feature. The cable is also incredibly short which has prompted me to deal with the delays and use the Bluetooth feature (of course when the battery is charged).

The built in microphone is also practically useless and pointless, I have played the audio back through it and it sounds like someone has a pillow in their mouth, talking through a trash can which is connect to a hose, in simple terms horrible and unusable.

I hope this review will deter people from making a bad purchase. Even the page and instruction booklet has spelling and grammar mistakes in them!

Update: as of now the discount is 60%, pathetic!

I have had excellent customer service from the Mpow team.

I was disappointed when the sound stopped working from the right earbud of my S10 Bluetooth earphones after only 8 months of light use. I contacted them via their customer service email and they were very prompt and understanding and sent out replacement immediately. I think the original pair must have been faulty because the sound quality of the replacement were even better. Time will tell if the quality holds up but I cannot fault their customer service at all.

I was able to pair it to my computer without any problem but never succeeded in getting the microphone to work. Tried all the usual settings in preferences, including checking privileges, etc. Checked online to see if I was missing something.
Tried getting help from MPOW support with no joy, chat not available so tried email, remarkably complicated email support interface - decided it was deliberately designed to be unhelpful.
Forced to return the product, wasted too much time on it, sorry I ever bought it. Wrote this to warn others.

Already have 3 different pairs of headphones so far without any issues
Sound quality is awesome connecting with devices like pc/phone is easy
For people who complain about customer service - don't forget that covid decide what is open what close and who working who's not
I spet 1h trying talk with someone from one of the mobile provider's in UK and this is happening everywhere now so relax and try understand what's going on
I fully recommend this company and products from them

I really love my new car mount wireless charger. I can took at the map and change music on the lock screen without even looking away from the road. And I love that it's simultaneously charging my phone.

I bought a pair of m30 headphones from mpow and was generally impressed. They are great headphones and when there was a technical issue and one stopped working I contacted them and got a replacement delivered within a few days no questions asked.
