Poor customer service
Poor customer service — avoid, especially if delivery timing matters.
The website advertises delivery within four business days, yet six business days after purchase the item had still not arrived.
Customer support was ineffective throughout. Phone calls went unanswered, with long hold times before being disconnected. With no proactive updates from Xootz, I was forced to chase both their delivery partner (Evri) and raise a customer service case.
Update: Three days before Christmas, Xootz cancelled the order without prior notice, and without offering a replacement or expedited delivery. I was advised only that the item would either be delivered after Christmas or refunded—far too late to be of any use given the advertised delivery promise.
As a result, I cannot comment on the product itself, as it was never delivered.

Disappearing parcels.
I ordered a an electric ride in car for my grandson’s Christmas present as a Christmas present.Xootz shipped it, but Evri did not deliver it. I ordered a replacement and again Xootz shipped it and Evri claimed to have delivered it but had not done so, providing a suspicious photograph which may not have been genuine. We complained again to Xootz and they issued a refund. We cannot complain about Xootz themselves but their carriers do not seem to be supporting them in our experience.

So far a very bad experience
So far a very bad experience. First order turned up in a damaged box with bike inside damaged too. Was told to return and repurchase. Second time the box was even more damaged and the bag of screws and components all opened with screws found on my driveway. The packaging is completely inadequate for a £200 bike - thin bubble wrap and no inners to protect and stop the flimsy box being damaged during delivery.

Item still hasn’t been delivered
I ordered my item over two weeks ago, the delivery partner they use DX Express has text me with a date and time of delivery 4 separate times. Each time I make sure somebody is in the house for collection.
The delivery never arrives and then two hours later I get a message saying they tried to deliver but nobody was home, on one occasion I had a text saying they left a delivery card, but this wasn’t the case. I have a ring door bell to prove no delivery was ever attempted.
The delivery partner has failed to respond to any of my messages and when I ring the number provided it goes through to an automated machine and eventually rings off before you get to speak to someone.
I have contacted Xootz, they are really helpful on the phone and assure me delivery will be out the next day and then it still never arrives.
The item was ordered for my daughters birthday, that day has now passed and her present still hasn’t arrived

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, ordered xytooz cyclone, was told it was misplaced in mail, replacement to be express shipped by courier, waited two weeks still no sign of it, had to request a refund as item never showed up and they couldn’t track where either items were!

Purchase arrived very quickly. It was a balance bike and is a present which hasn’t been given yet.
