THE WORST COURIER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

It has been a week now but they haven't pick my package yet from the seller. I kept on asking for an update but they always reply that they'll take an immediate action but nothing happened for how many days already. I badly wanted that package for my birthday and they're ruining my birthday already. they don't have plans fixing they're system. so disappointing. They should just shut they're system down because they are not giving service to their costumers. They're giving hassle not just on the consumer's part but also on the seller's part.

XPost is partnered with Shopee but Shopee cant help you if this courier is not picking up your order. They said to call XPost. When you call XPost, on queue ka naman. Buti pa yung mga 3PLs nila, may response agad in this scenario. I was tjinking why about a year ago, I started to unlist this as one of my preferred courier - dahil nga pala sa 1x delivery attempt RTS na agad. Now, this. LBC, you should stop making XPost as one of your mini-couriers. Theyre not good for your business.

My parcel is already 1 week sa branch…

My parcel is already 1 week sa branch ng taguig. Walang movement. They always reason out that they had a system error. Everyday ako tumatawag sa office nila at sa branch. Gagawan daw nila ng paraan. Guys, or whoever is reading this, don't trust this courier. Napaka bagal ng customer service umaksiyon. They maybe lost my parcel already. But they just tell me na nagka error ang system nila. My god 1 week na nasa inyo parin ang parcel. And sometimes they do not pick your parcels, because you need to call them to pick them up. Napaka wala niyong kwenta. Ibalik niyo ang parcel ko kung wala kayong aksiyon. Nakaka higblood kayo. This courier is the worst.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They always say that the recipient is not available but the reality is, they didn’t attempt to deliver on the destination address or they say that due to wrong tagging so you can reschedule the delivery. They do that as their alibi to conceal their mistakes. I called them multiple times but no one’s picking up and when they answered they say they will look for the item and hung up.

DECTATOR DELIVERY GUY

The delivery guy called me and was so angry at me and also told me that I should do this and that with such a harsh tone on his voice while I was on the way home to pay my delivery but then he refused to talk to me and hang up the phone.

I know maybe that time hindi nila ako na contact via phone call but still, you can just go to the address kasi there were times mahina yung signal ng phone, you didn't even bother mn lng na pumunta and besides it's not that malayo sa kabihasnan yung address namin tbh. you just tag the parcel for return of delivery agad. Disappointed

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

This is my first time using this courier and it was not good at all and to be honest, it was the worst.
I got NO text/response from the delivery man. I constantly track the parcel on their website and waited two days for my items to be delivered. On the first day, I waited whole day and I just got a notification "Delivery Failed". The next day, no delivery man seen, no items received yet "Successfully Delivered".
Just a friendly advice, choose other courier. If there's nothing else, don't even consider xpost, just don't.

So unprofessional!

So unprofessional!! I ordered an item from shopee and the courier is xpost, the delivery man texted me and asked me for my address, but how should i know it was him? There wasnt any introduction like 'Hi, I am from xpost' or something like that. So how do you expect me to just give my address? And since im ordering from shopee, shouldnt he have the address already? So we called him and i can tell you, HE IS VERY RUDE. Binagsakan pa ako ng telepono! I have another delivery and the courier is xpost I hope it wont happen again.

Very late delivery

Very late delivery. Ordered 2 item (exactly the same product but was ordered from 2 different sellers based in Manila) at the same time from Shopee. 1 item shipped via XPost while the other was on J&T Express. Received the package from J&T in just 8 days (Manila to Davao). Xpost took 20 days.

Awful riders (im not saying all

Awful riders (im not saying all, but most are) masyadong mga mukhang pera at tamad

Before you judge how me for saying those things. Please read the following :
1. A rider is assigned a minumum of small 100 packages per day with a commission per package. All packages are confined only to one area. Meaning kung pickup nila sa sta mesa. Lahat ng pickup nila duon na area lang. So the more the package. The bigger the commission..
1.1. kaya yung iba mas gusto nila small packages (like ballpen size) . Pag kasing laki na nag pocket book. Minsan tinatanggihan na nila. They will report you as (failed pick up) - they even tagged me as covid area even though napick up niya yung 8 out 10 package ko.
1.2. Dahil mas less work pag pinag sabay sabay nila. Ang gawain nila is even though the day after pa yung pick up. Isasabay nila sa early pickup mo. Meaning. If 10 pick up sa may 1. 5 sa may 2. Gagawin nila dadalhin na nila yung waybill mo ng may 1 para 15 agad kukunin nila. Even though wala pa yung item. Ikaw iflaflag nila as pick up failed. Then sila pa mag rereport sayo. Pag cinonfiscate mo yung waybill for the next day. Sila pa galit at mag rereport ulit sayo.

2. Yung iba kinukuha ang pickup ng kapwa rider. Pag pinickup item mo parang utang na loob mo.pa sa kanila na sila kumuha instead na assigned rider. Walang professionalism. As in papamukha nila sayo.

3. They will never contact you pag parating na sila kahit nawawala sila. Pag tinamad sila mag deliver. Failed nalang automatic.

THE WORST COURIER

Xpost riders are very unprofessional. No attempt in contacting the buyer for the delivery time. Makikita mo na lang sa status ng parcel mo ay return to seller na. Wala man lang text or call about the parcel. Di katulad ng ibang courier na nag uupdate. To the seller that have a partnership with this courier, please be aware of their worst services. Wala kayo kikitain pag always return to seller ang status ng parcel.

Unprofessional rider

This happened today. I received a call from your rider and he asked my exact location in a high tone of voice. I even responded in a low tone of voice. He asked me to go meet him and he will JUST WAIT FOR 5 MINS. I went out and looked for him. He already saw me coming but he took off immediately. It didn't even take me 5 mins to went out my house and meet him. The rider is really unprofessional and disrespectful.

worst courier company

No star for this courier company.. worst courier.. they should hired trusted, reliable and fast delivery man.. Most of their delivery man are rude.. the company will send you a message around 8am confirming your package will be delivered.. Then the delivery man will inform you that they are OTW, you’ll gonna wait for them forever and then if you missed their one text that they arrived at your place.. they will not wait for you even a single minute.. they will not bother to knock or try to call you.. then after that you will be shocked that your delivery attempt is failed!!!

Worst delivery service

Worst delivery service. 1st experience : Item delivery day is Thursday, got the item Monday. 2nd experience : They called 10am I asked if they can redeliver after or around 12pm since I'm on my way to the office where the item was addressed, they said they'll try. Tried contacting them the whole afternoon no one picked up.(Context : all other delivery service in my area can are flexible with requests especially if you're requesting for re delivery the same day since Baguio is a very small area). SMH. Please don't use this courier service.

xpost worst.

am a seller in shopee and always clients choose xpost thinking its new, would be better then ninja van. but to be honest its worst.
1. they don't pick up at your office, they only call you you to ask you to bring down the item. or give it to you on the side or gutter.
2. if they can't reach you, they tag it as parcel is un available or not ready pick up. I have a lot of experience they always tag it if its traffic on a Monday or friday pick up, had on parcel thursday pick up, did not pick up called for pick up on friday, still they did not pick up. sat they came by but guess what, he said there is no way bill for the item thursday. seriously ?? 2 items got cancelled on sunday. they always tag it as parcel not ready. and clients see this a seller is not responsible to make item ready.
3. hard to reach hotline for complain to make it hard for you to reschedule or even complain about there service. just now had to complain to xpost that the rider tag my item again as not ready. so unprofessional..
4. as a buyer big items tend to get burn in there motorcycle had 3 already. lucky item had been sealed by seller and was not damaged

compare to ninja van, they always come by the office to pick up the item. they are not perfect in terms of pick up also but comparing both id take ninja van as for seller.
