Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware, Xpres sent me a pre-approval letter in the mail. I decided to give them a try because of the ease of the application. They contacted me after I submitted the application and said I was approved for the loan and they would send me a contract. After filling out the contract with my personal information, they contacted me and said the loan was declined. Then I received 3 loan emails from other companies. I would not recommend this company.

While we always do our best to provide our customers with a loan approval, sometimes in our final underwriting process, new information presents itself which can change the risk profile and, as in your case, change the decision. We are terribly sorry we were not able to assist you with your lending needs.
We are a Direct Lender, you can be confident that we did not send or sell your information to any other lenders or brokers. If you received emails from other companies, it definitely was NOT related to us or our processes.
