Good Email/CRM Platform + Support

Carlos was very helpful and provided outstanding service! He was quick and efficient.
We have been using eDesk for more than 3 years now and are very happy with the platform and the ease of integrating multiple channels and stores.
Support is good, too, and I haven't had a problem so far

I appreciate the responsiveness to my inquires. We are new using eDesk and have had a few questions, but the eDesk team has been responsive and timely, especially Carlos.

Can't wait to pull the full functionality out of the software.

Great experience

We have been using eDesk for about 2 years now. As a ecommerce business selling in different marketplaces, it has helped us become more efficient and provide a better customer experience to our customers. Additionally, their AI feature is a game changer. On top of that, their customer service has always been excellent when we have reached out for any questions regarding our plan.

Unethical

We have subscribed to their Amazon Feedback request services via Amazon sellercentral and used them till 2021. In 2021 our api authorisation ran out and never used their services after this date. Today (December 2024) we figured out that they have been charging their monthly fees to our company credit card since 2021 despite no services being provided to us. We contacted them to point this out and asked for a refund of the fees we have been charged unfairly. Their response was below any ethical standards. They said we did not contact them to cancel our membership so no refunds will be provided despite no services being provided all these years. Noone from the Edesk has ever contacted us at any point to let us know that we failed to renew our authorisation. When we contacted them their response was very dismissive. We do not recommend this company due their low ethical standards. It is not fair and ethical to sit on a contract and keep quiet until a client realises the situation.

Your response below proves my point actually. Charging us fees for several years with out any services being offered is enough reason for a full refund. Your company has changed its name and its offered services over years which was never communicated to us. If you are claiming to be so ethical what could be your reason to decline a refund given that we did not use your services and it is proven with a record of a revoked authorisation back in 2021? Well managed companies listen to customer complaints and resolve them amicably and will not let their names appear on review websites with a 1 star review. What does this whole review tell your potential customers about your companys work ethics?

Our subscription model operates on a recurring basis until explicitly cancelled, which aligns with standard industry practice. This approach ensures that clients have uninterrupted access to our platform and its features, even if specific integrations, such as API authorizations, require renewal. As we cannot assume a client’s intent based on usage, we rely on them to notify us if they wish to discontinue their subscription.

We provide regular billing statements to ensure transparency, allowing clients to review their subscriptions and make any necessary changes. Your subscription was massively discounted for several years and could have been of great benefit to you. We understand your frustration with discovering ongoing charges after your API authorization expired, but the charges applied were consistent with our terms of service. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to issue a refund for the period in question.

That said, we regret if our response to your inquiry came across as dismissive. Our intention is always to handle such matters professionally and with understanding. If you have further questions or would like to discuss this in more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
