As a ecommerce business selling in different marketplaces, it has helped us become more efficient and provide a better customer experience to our customers. Promptly responded to my technical issue and worked to escalate and resolve within 3 business days. I regret putting up with the issue and not reaching out sooner.
Unethical
We have subscribed to their Amazon Feedback request services via Amazon sellercentral and used them till 2021. In 2021 our api authorisation ran out and never used their services after this date. Today (December 2024) we figured out that they have been charging their monthly fees to our company credit card since 2021 despite no services being provided to us. We contacted them to point this out and asked for a refund of the fees we have been charged unfairly. Their response was below any ethical standards. They said we did not contact them to cancel our membership so no refunds will be provided despite no services being provided all these years. Noone from the Edesk has ever contacted us at any point to let us know that we failed to renew our authorisation. When we contacted them their response was very dismissive. We do not recommend this company due their low ethical standards. It is not fair and ethical to sit on a contract and keep quiet until a client realises the situation.

Your response below proves my point actually. Charging us fees for several years with out any services being offered is enough reason for a full refund. Your company has changed its name and its offered services over years which was never communicated to us. If you are claiming to be so ethical what could be your reason to decline a refund given that we did not use your services and it is proven with a record of a revoked authorisation back in 2021? Well managed companies listen to customer complaints and resolve them amicably and will not let their names appear on review websites with a 1 star review. What does this whole review tell your potential customers about your companys work ethics?
