eDesk is a great tool with even greater support. I wanted to stress the fact that salespeople (I had pleasure to be in touch with Glen M) are in touch after you have placed your order, just to make sure if everything is going well and if you have understood all features. Also, support itself is very quick in reacting. Today is Saturday and I was able to chat with Maksym and get my issue solved in minutes. Perfect! It's 9 out of 10 from me. It would have been 10 if eDesk would be integrated with tools as Slack/Jira/Zapier etc. to be able to create better workflows for tickets but rest is extremely good.

Helpful and quick respond customer service!

Have been recently set up for eDesk new function but didn't success, so emailed the support team. Carlos came back to me really quick, took a few email to provide more information to Carlos, and a resolution provided and problem fixed! Happy with the service and how the issue sorted out.

Excellent company to work with

An absolute pleasure to deal with. The live chat feature had stopped working on my website which I have been using for two years. This has never happened before but these things happen, within 5 minutes of speaking to them in a live chat they had resolved the issue.

Сheaters!

They are scammers. I asked them to close my account, they promised but never did. They are still trying to charge my credit card, even though I prohibited them long ago. I'm writing this review in 2024, and my access to the Amazon account was closed for them in 2021, but they continued to charge me all this time! I only managed to get rid of them by changing my credit card details! They are scammers!

We have been using eDesk for around…

We have been using eDesk for around three years; however, we've found their pricing to be significantly higher than their competitors'. Despite paying a premium, the product has not met our expectations. We've consistently faced issues with bugs on eDesk's platform, which have severely affected its usability and our ability to provide effective customer support. Additionally, there have been recent incidents of our customers receiving duplicate messages, an issue that persisted for three weeks despite our efforts to resolve it with eDesk's support team. Unfortunately, the responsibility for these problems was ultimately attributed to us, which was quite disheartening. After considering other vendors, we decided to switch to a more cost-effective and reliable service provider. We also sought a refund from eDesk due to these ongoing issues, but our request was denied. Based on our experience, we recommend that others consider alternative solutions.

If you do customer service, check out Edesk

We've been using Edesk for years on our Toolstop store and it helps us keep all corrspondence in one place. We've now added it to our Toolsaver site and the same number of people are able to use it to keep on top of every touch point we have with our customers. A great product.
