Do not trust this company they take your money but you never get your item.I should have looked at feed back prior to ordering as this seems the normal type of treatment of most of there customer's.I wish I could give less than 1 star

Bought an item online but it was never delivered.
No emails or calls answered.
Not sure if I will be able to get my money back at this moment.

rubbish!!!!slow....oh...so,...slooooooowww
Quick to start with then after couple of weeks it slowed right down.
Contacted XTAR and no reply or help..
Vape 101 I bought from just said look at manual.
When I asked for help etc...he couldn’t be asked to reply or help...
Bought this to save charging on mod as I’ve been led to believe its better to charge batteries outside mod because the mod can get messed up ...something to do with the software inside....anyway XTAR is unreliable so I have to charge battery inside mod which is a dam quicker than waiting all day for XTAR...load of crap...

Absolutely dreadful. My order was never delivered, they never answered the phone or returned emails. Eventually I had to get my money back via PayPal.
