Return an item and you ask for trouble
Buying was smooth. Returning the item we bought was a nightmare.
First, they told us that they will refund only 90% of the purchase price because of reasons. They have no right to do so but good luck sueing a Dutch company if you are not located in the country and have a proper lawyer.
Then I sent the item back. They claimed it was damaged, interestingly the packaging showed no damages. Which was their reason to deduct another 25%. But only after ignoring several mails. I was threatening legal steps by them.
At this point I fed up and asked for 65% of my money back. Guess what happened? They happily ignored my mails until I threatened again legal steps. Then it finally worked. The whole process took about 4 weeks.
