Horrible costumer service and delivery service, never got my parcel and they don't take responsibility since it was marked as delivered to the address even though I have never received the parcel. £50 in one pair of boots gone. Don't recommend shopping here.

I paid almost £10 for next working day delivery and my package hasn’t even been shipped let alone delivered I am furious!! Having messaged them they’ve told me “I didn’t order before a certain time” well surely that should be visible before ordering!? Not happy at all

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughters wedding, they are absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait to wear them on Saturday. Thank you

I ordered a pair of heels for my sister’s wedding and they broke only a couple of hours after wearing them for the first time.
I initially emailed both the Customer Service team and the general email and managed to get a response and the guarantee of a refund. This was on 28th June 2024 and despite multiple email exchanges between June and July 2024 saying it would happen, I have still not received any money.
I also emailed Rachel on the address given on so many of these complaint responses and have been ignored.
It is not the responsibility of my bank to chase a refund. It is the company whom have agreed to refund the money, in this case; XY London.
To date (11/10/24) I have still not received any refund.

Great shoes.

Not using this company again. Ordered a pair of boots and paid for next day delivery. No sign of parcel. No email regarding if parcel on the way. When I messaged them I got a reply saying parcelforce had attempted delivery on Friday 3rd May? Well I was at home from 1.00 pm. No card left to let me know. No emails. Just a response to say parcel been left at a post office. Well which one? No card to let me know, no card to take to post office. I have messaged parcelforce as well to chase this up but so far unsuccessful. Both bad services.

Lovely looking shoes but definitely not a size 7. I couldn't even get them on as they were far too small. I then had to pay £10 postage to send them back. Will not buy from this company again.

Easy to order website, quick delivery, good quality shoes at reasonable prices. I love my cream loafers.

Delivery was super quick! Great discounts and returns are easy! I bought a pair of brown knee high socks chunky boots and I am usually a size 39 but I have wide fit but not too severe but it was a tight squeeze. Exchanged it for a size 40 and it fits perfectly.

Got some shoes for my wedding they arrived marked and had clearly been worn as the bottom was dirty I asked for a refund they offered me new shoes and I decided to just get a refund I sent them back but was still charged £3.99 absolute joke won’t be using and won’t be recommending happy to post pictures if needed

I was looking to buy my partner the Ugg Tazz slippers but couldn’t find them anywhere so after doing a bit of research decided to buy the similar ones from XY London as they seemed just as good quality from the photos without the UGG branding.

They arrived but within a few days the inner started falling apart much to my embarrassment as it proved I had bought my partner a cheap imitation product rather than a good quality slipper similar to that of what UGG were producing. The soles of the slippers were also covered in a material that wasn’t supposed to be on there. My guess is was the protective material that was on the rubber before going into production

This was my first time ordering from XY London, My shoes turned up in 48hrs, with lots of delivery updates to keep me informed, and they look exactly as advertised- I love them!
