Great shoes, good quality and service. Arrived very quick. Would recommend.

My wife purchased a pair of flat ballerina shoes from this company on the 8th October 2023 which were on advertised on the Debenhams site.
They were returned to this company on 13th October 2023 and up to now have not received a refund. My wife has submitted request for refund twice now. There has been no response. There is no contact phone No to speak to anyone. I will not be purchasing from this company again and probably Debenhams too. I will contact Paypal instead.

I made an order on the 25th of November for black knee high boots. They took my money but they did not send a confirmation email or dispatch email yet when I reached out to them about my order, they said it has been delivered!!! Well not to my address as I have not received it! I am so frustrated as I thought this was a good company with good boots but I have been scammed! They aren’t replying back to my emails about what has happened to my order!

I ordered a pair of sparkly shoes which arrived damaged.Another pair was sent which were fine but very slippy underfoot.As I had ordered the shoes for an imminent function I had no choice but to pay £18 to get the shoes soled and heeled in order that they were safe to wear.I did not have time to send them back.They did not want the damaged shoes back.
I was impressed with their service on sending out the new pair of shoes quickly and I did appreciate this.I contacted them to advise I had no choice but to get them soled and heeled and asked for a contribution in respect of the cost.I was politely told as the shoes were altered it was against their policy and nothing would be paid even though I explained the urgent circumstances regarding my function.I complained and this was passed to the manager and again I was advised no contribution as shoes altered.
I appreciate all that they say however shoes which have slippy soles and heels should not be sold in the first place.
Extremely disappointed in their decision considering the service was good at the start.I will not purchase anything else which is a shame as the shoes are nice.
Since writing this review and only having once worn these shoes outside some of the diamantes have fallen out so these shoes are a total waste of money.I wish I had never purchased.I have sent photos to the company but as yet have to receive a reply.
Reply received on the 2nd January 2024 however no change to their policy or satisfaction of their customer.Disappointing especially as they are using the broken record technique to decline any compensation.

I recently bough 3 pairs of shoes from here, I can honestly say the delivery was fast and shoes were as described , and fitted perfect, so I treated myself to another 3 pairs again no hassle, fitted great and again fast delivery, I have not had anything to send back yet, so I can’t comment on that’s side of things,but I would recommend XY London.

I ordered a pair of boots .They have come in time but are the wrong colour and it doesn't say what size they are, but I'm sure they are the wrong size as they are tight .hope I can get a refund as I have read other reviews that say they haven't been able to .

Had my order cancelled with no explanation. Received partial refund, but have been charged £8.30 for something that was never even sent to me. Getting no response from the retailer. Very poor customer service.

So xylondon reply on trust pilot. With an email address to contact. But they don’t respond to any emails sent to it! Still no shoes and no refund. Absolutely appalled.

I ordered a pair of diamanté sandals unfortunately they didn’t match. They were happy to exchange or refund but I didn’t get the postage so I contacted again and they refunded one lot but not the return postage which I had payed for! Disappointing as I like lots of their shoes/boots but wld be reluctant to purchase from them again.

Thank you for your reply. A full refund would also include return postage on a faulty item and as I did not receive that it cannot be classed as a full refund!

It did come with a box Essex Glamour which did confuse me. I assume XY London now go by that name?

Delighted with purchase of perfect pair of boots at a good price. Delivered within a few days, arrived well packaged, and good quality boots. Very pleased.
