Good & satisfied Service and Excellent staffs

Gave my iphone for repair, for two days they are saying they still have not diagnosed . Not able to trust. Wont recommend.

Pathetic, they charge very high and argumentative staff. The same problem resurfaced after an year and they are not even ready to pick the phone.

My order i.d is 333633 .There was only battery chayrging issue
in my Samsung M31, phone was working just fine. I gave my phone for repairing on 2nd july but until 3rd july order i.d was not displayed on yaantra's website. After numerous calls, emails they finally updated under repair. They gave me 2 days time. It's 7 july but my phone hasn't repaired yet. They keep delaying. Until yesterday it was showing quality check but now it's parts awaited. I called them again, yet they postponed it for two days. I don't think they would return my phone now. I don't know what do. I got that phone with a lot of struggle. Can't buy a new one. It's my online exam on Friday and I don't have my phone to attempt it.

Guys honest feedback is there are possibility to face some issues post repair in repair industry however Yaantra never leave you unhappy incase they couldn't able to solve issue, They will run till the end to make customer happy. They never ignore customers complaints. I repaired my phone the issue reaccured within 2 month Yaantra team replaced my screen again without any cost. Thanks Rakes and team

i have an realme 3 pro with an OTA update gone bad and phone stuck at updating screen so initially i tried realme service center after multiple attempts they were not able to update my phone as it was not going into edl mode , so i thought to do an emmc flash repair to start my phone , thats where i called the yaantra i told the guy over the call all the issue and also told him about emmc repair and thats why i have contacted you , they booked my repair and guy came over to collect my phone on 23 june till 25 june the status on online was no record found , on 25th they updated the status as under repair , later on i got call from Yaantra engineer regarding approval for updating the phone will destroy all the data , i told yes and go ahead , however then on 26th i again got a call stating that your phone is not updating in fastboot mode and we would doing and EDL mode update for which it will cost 400
to my surprise , i already told them on call that i tried edl at service center and the cost at service center is 117 only with gst ,i asked them to update with me the cost of emmc flash repair so that i can decide to go with you or go to my local guys as they are more quicker resolution then yaantra
on 26 i did recieved a call from yaantra that may be for the feedback or estimate of the repair however as i was driving so i did not answer the call later on i tried to contact back to them but of no use , i call them IVR answers ,i select the option for 2 for repair status , automated response starts playing " please expect an delay in answering the call as all our agents are bussy on another call , this plays for around 3 minutes and then the call drops , i keep trying and the same repeats again and again , looks like no way of reaching to them , service is very slow just for estimating they have used 4 days , not sure if give them for repair then how many weeks/months they would use

They took my phone away for weeks and returned it with duplicate parts. Pathetic service. It is a fraud and needs to be avoided at all costs.

After a pathetic experience with some rubbish's guys and their repair service at Yaantra. I was really upset and disappointed. But, thanks to Rakesh Sharma Ji repair head at Yaantra for giving a 100% job and a fully repaired phone in my hand within 2 days. Thanks for your kind response and service. I would really recommend Yaantra repair service to people, but do make sure you are dealing with right person for your repair related queries. It's a 5 star job you did, but I am giving 4 because of the experience I faced in the first attempt. Thank you so much!!! And I really wish you provide the same service(the good one) I received from you to your new customers in first hand. :)

My experience with Yaantra has been absolutely painstaking and horrible. From the guy who came to collect my broken phone to the number of days, these guys take just to diagnose the issue in the device. I recommend you to stay away from this company altogether.

I had given my phone for repair on 5th May, they called me stating various issues with my phone. I asked them to repair all, to this they mentioned that they will be returning the phone by 8th May.
To day is 10th May and haven't received the phone yet. I have called them 10000 times till now to get the status on phone, yet no reply. I tried tracking my order on their portal, it says "No records found". I just need my phone back, and for GOD's SAKE, ANSWER CALLS.

Worst and fraud, unable to give any negative stars here. My mobile was taken by them on May 1, 2021 after the screen blacked out but mobile was working and functioning well and was promised to be delivered after screen replacement by May 3 eod or by May 4 mid day. But I kept on chasing them for last three days and the statuses I got were like -
May 3 noon time - Under diagnosis
May 3 evening - Under Repair
May 4 noon time - Under diagnosis again and was told it never went to repair status
May 4 evening time - Screen not replaced but motherboard is damaged completely
It was promised to be delivered on May 5 by noon time without any repair works but it has been 3 hours extended and still the mobile is at Yaantra office. When asked the reason, they told me they didn't had any address. Then how they got my address when they picked from my home. They are really unprofessional, unethical and not trustworthy guys. Just for a single screen replacement, I got news of motherboard damaged and then the phone is also not sent back. Pathetic. Moreover, their logistics department doesn't know how to deal with customer and were very rude. This is a total fraud company and beware of taking a risk by giving your mobile to them. Now I doubt, they might replace all my phone parts and may can steal the data from my phone too. They are not giving the phone back at all. When they say they would call back, just note down time and they would never call you back and it would be you who would need to call them and chase them down. No status updates provided from their side until you chase them.

Worst quality of products they are using it, it will break quickly within two months. Please dont prefer this service

Yaantra is a scam, i had my RedmiNote 9 Pro max water damaged, i called them up to ask for their service as i got to know about it from a blog. Before the delivery they called me continuously for 2-3 days and once i handed over the phone to them then they showed their true colors. They told me it'll take 2 days to diagnose the phone then they'll tell the repair costs. I received no call for 4 straight days. I called them up and after 3-4 calls they stopped receiving my calls. Then finally they called and told the phone is not in repairing condition and returned phone the next day.
On next day i went to MI gallery to get one final opinion on my dead phone and the first thing they say is the Original motherboard is not there in the phone.The scamsters had taken out my originalmotherboard and replaced it with a different motheboard. Guys stay away from them..
