At first point they make all efforts to pick up your with min cost. Once it's done they will put open your device and make unnecessary charges and harress customer to pay 4 times double the cost. No one will call after pick up your device and we poor customer are just become a puppet for them. Too much non sense.
Pls pls pls don't give your device to them insteas opt for service where you can go and see urself.

Not at all satisfied. They don't care / don't lift phones to listen complaints/ feed back. Only prompt in collecting / giving back mobile that too with charges ( not free, as claims). Don't waste money. Not satisfied with their standard one liner replies of asking for order ID, which they could easily get from the available details of name, mobile number, place etc. Id of my order is 348345- Letv- Hyderabad.

I Gav my samsung m31 for repair, dey said mother issue need to replace after taking whol day time. Later in the evening(saturday) 6:45 one lady named savita called and asked confimation to rplace mother board which costs 9500/- (with 3 months warranty) it will take time till Monday evening as they are done for the day. I told it is very costly, pls chek and they started saying that it will cost around 13000/- in samsung service station, i said ok. Later after about 40 minutes( around 7:20 PM) i called back them to say not to replace the mother board but they did not answer my call and i left an sms( at around 7:25pm)also stating not to replace the mother board. i visited the yantra office vv pura at 10 am on monday, other than security no body was there and security asked me to wait till 10:30 but i was in a hurry to go to office and i wrote a note on a paper stating not to rplace mother board and left the place. By that time i enquired with Samsung Aurthorised service station and they told me it will cost 7500/- including installation/service. That lady called me at 10:30am and told the mother board is already replaced we cannot change it now you have to pay 9500/-. I requested her to pls check, as they told it will take time till monday evning on saturday(@6:45pm). But she refused and told me no way you hav to pay 9500/- to take back the phone.I explained her the actual price is 2k less that what you are charging and if you can match then i m fine. But she started yelling saying No and told me that finger print sensor is also not working suddendly. The lady was so rude in addressing the issue i decided i wil not to get it repaired by these unprofessional people. Later some other person called and told the same thing and after long conversation he agreed to give back my phone for which he took 1 day time.I dont know what genuine spares they took from my phone!!! The phone back cover is not placed properly.

Above i m writing jus to make you guys to be very careful with these people not trust Worthy .
Pls Contact Authorised service station only for any repairs.
Even they did not return my phone on time.
Don't Waste your valuable Time and Money on these people.

I had the opportunity of using yaantra's service twice for two of my mobiles honor 10lite and honor play, I should say iam impressed with there service and completely happy with the support I received from them..thanks a lot to the wonderful team at Yaantra

Pick up and handover was prompt, price was a bit higher but service was satisfactory

It was good overall but the price was informed me in last minute and that too was also almost double as estimated.

My mobile screen was replaced in 20 mins at my place itself excellent service by Yantra & Enginner Mr.vijay.......
