I was facing a lot of difficulties due to slowness of my laptop, then I connected with Yaantra through WhatsApp. They are very prompt in action, they picked up my laptop from my home and resolved the issue at the earliest. Now my laptop is working very nicely. Thank you Yaantra.

Very bad company the way they treat with customer is worst I can’t imagine this type of way they treat a customer. And they said they have level 3-4 engineers but they didn’t repair i think they have worst engineers and just making the bills in my opinion please don’t trust this company

My experience was amazing with yantra and their services . I am glad that i book doorstep delivery and service . Without any tension I will book yantra for my repairing phone. Thank you yantra

After a bit of chasing around they sent a technician home to service.
My advise to yaantra : check quality of hardware on first check so as to avoid multiple visits!!

What's gone wrong with yantraa in Pune?
I changed the screen of my iphone 3 months back....got the usual experience....we give home service 6 months guarantee..blah blah blah
Now that the phones giving TouchPad problems... Called them 2 times and they keep assuring that will attend on the issue asap...still waiting...and oh they keep changing their centres frequently so be careful if you find your next door yaantra shop shut one day!

Booked it on 1Nov at @3.45pm.today is 2 Nov still no call nor any message. So unprofessional. You could have informed me the same day I would have not waited to waste 1 day and would have repaired it outside. My first experience was very the worst. Still after 24 hours no message. I think you don't need a business you have enough.

I got my i phone se battery replaced by your technician named parvinder. I didnt got as backup as expected, so i retuned the battery. But after the original battery is fitted in the phone again by your technician i am not able see my battery health my phone is also hanging and the condition of the phone has gotten worse. I have also found a un -fitted screw which means your technician is not upto his job. And also your coustmer care agent named riya and deepak sing are rude and incompetent they can’t handle coustmer and are rude to me and don’t solve the problem. On giving proof of an un fitted screw they said (riya) we don’t believe you and we only believe technician. They said coustomer is not valuable for them their team and the technician is everything. would like you to look into it

While giving the service the customer care service call many times for the confirmation of service. After the service if any problem comes they delay to get the service or don't responded back also

Yantra is the biggest froud company which uses its brand association with Flipkart for looting people. there are helping cheaters .they have destroyed my 52k lap . i donot have sufficient proof so i cannot file a suit . else i have kicked that yaantra . -5 rating . they are day light robbers

I had reboot issue with my poco X3 pro which is one year old and out of warranty.As service center asked me to pay for the motherboard replacement which cost around 10k I prefer Yantra for the my phone repair.We agree for rupees 3500 if phone gets repaired successfully.
After one month they called me and asked for the 3500 more for the display as they said IC repair done but phone requires display to get phone in working state . I agreed as there no option as this was new phone with high configuration
I pay 7000 and got my phone which work only 21 day and stopped working suddenly.
I claim 1 month warranty period and submit the phone to Yantra. After 5 days they called me and ask for the battery replacement claiming issue with battery which cost additional 2800
So total cost is 10k in which i could buy new phone.I denied the offer and asked my phone back
No I have phone which restart randomly after paying 7k by which i could have new phone with putting 5k more.
Thanks to Yantra for the looting me.
I am filling the case with consumer court so that no-one in future face this issue.
They don't deserve the 0 stars as well.

I was unable to switch on my phone and then booked a repair service with Yaantra. They repaired my phone and finally I'm able to use my phone. The mobile repair service provided by Yaantra was excellent, quick, efficient, and fairly priced. They set the bar high for quality customer service & satisfaction. 👌👌

Very Trusted Company. I got my phone(Redmi Y2) screen replaced last month with Yaantra and paid Rs. 2000 for it, and recently, I started facing screen-related issues again, but my phone was under warranty, so I called their customer care executive and shared my id 363648. They replaced my phone's screen again within 1 hour without taking any charge even though I did not need to call them again. They sent their repair executive to my location, and he replaced it before me and also assured me of further help if the same issues may happen again.

Got to know about Yaantra from a friend and he had a good experience. Called customer service and explained the problem. Someone from the service team collected from home for a 100 rs pick-up charge. Got a call from Service Center stating a part should be changed and it will cost around 1200 rs. I denied it and asked how much you will give for my phone? He did not listen to me and started bargaining on the service charges and finally agreed to 800 rs and said for 3 months is a guarantee. After service, they collected 800 rs from me, and in the invoice, it was mentioned one month. No response to my calls and messages till now. Already one month is over.

I got my phone service done I m completely satisfied...

This is very worse, i gave my mobile 3 days back still there is no update from them and when i call them they wont pick it up....simply they are telling lame excuses....we are diagnosing. We are diagnosing...
Please go to local vendor....to save your money and time...
