We had a week long trip around Greek in September with our hosts Manu and Liv. The weather on a few days was stormy but Manu expertly navigated the week to made sure we avoided them as much as possible. Liv prepared the most delicious food for us as all our needs were catered for. Nothing was too much trouble.
We would love to sail with them again and have already booked for next year, so who knows!

This is right up there with one of the best holidays we have ever taken! Yacht Getaways was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Our Captain, Davide, was simply wonderful, we couldn’t have asked for more. He quickly assessed our sailing skills and involved us when appropriate. He was so knowledgeable about the sailing grounds and provided lots of insight and information. All the places we went were beautiful. And our Host, Olivia, was truly amazing. She was attentive and welcoming and by day two we felt like family. And the meals! Wow, can she cook! And we are foodies with high standards so that is saying a lot. All around a great experience. We have already signed up to do it again next year!

Had the most amazing sailing trip in Greece (Corfou explorer) with Yacht Getaways and Angus and Olivia as our skipper and host ! Angus took the time to really share his experience and sailing knowledge with us and Liv was so attentive and an amazing cook! Felt like sailing with friends and family, highly recommend !

Just had another fantastic holiday with Yacht Getaways. Last year we sailed the Croatia coastline and had such an amazing week we booked the Corfu trip on our return. Yet again we were not disappointed. Another wonderful team looking after us. Manu and Liv made it extra special, with outstanding food and hospitality. Getting to explore the islands of Paxos and Antipaxos was lovely and we even got to do a spot of wine and olive oil tasting at Parga on the mainland. These trips take out all the hard work of organising a holiday. From the moment you arrive you are so well looked after, taken to all the best places, fed, watered and all you need to do is relax and watch the world sail by. Would highly recommend any trip with YG.

This was our second Yacht Getaways holiday and it was excellent again. This time we sailed the Corfu area stopping off at Lakka, Parga, Antipaxos and Gaios.

Skipper Manu and host Liv were excellent through the week always keeping us up to date with the activities for the day and providing great recommendations for evening meals and places to visit. Was great to see them work as a team with Manu chipping in in the galley whilst Liv rustled up some excellent local dishes.

Great group on the boat as well providing plenty of laughs and competitive races on the paddle boards. Hope you all enjoyed the remainder of your holidays!

Excellent corfu explorer with Stewart and Liv. Stewart so down to earth, fun and knowledgeable and didn’t mind helping Liv out in the kitchen ! Liv cooked up gorgeous food and was amazing with me with all my intolerances.
They were a great team.
Fabulous stops at Lakka, Parga, Antipaxos and Gaios. All different and stunning. Stewart and Liv treated us to an olive oil/ wine tasting, excellent and even got to sail the boat.

We have just finished a week in the Corfu area. This is our second Yacht Getaways holiday and it was excellent again. Our skipper, Angus, was professional, calm and very friendly. Our host, Liv, cooked up delicious meals for us. Do this if you want a brilliant tour of Greek towns and anchorages. We were very lucky (again) to share the boat with some lovely people from New Zealand, Canada and the US. Yacht Getaways offers great value in my opinion. A really chilled and fun holiday.

We have just finished a 6 night cruise on the catamaran "Wind Whisperer". The yacht was well maintained, the skipper, Stewart, is very knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour. Lucy was our cook/hostess. She put together incredible meals with minimal ingredients available using the usual tight kitchen of the yacht.
A fabulous experience of sailing, swimming, walks, shopping.
A wonderful experience all round.

This was our second Yachtgetaways vacation and it truly was as amazing as the first. This time we joined Levi and Lauren on the Dubrovnik Explorer from Dubrovnik to Split and they gave us a dream trip of a lifetime. Levi is a skilled and fantastic Skipper who found all the best stops for swimming, and mooring while being friendly and fun at the same time. Levi went above and beyon dwhen there was a problem with the drains and we couldn't have asked for a better skipper to fix the problem immediately. Lauren was an excellent host who created amazing dishes and gave Dave delicious gluten-free options. The meals that she created in the kitchen rival 5-star restaurants. Her advice for tours, places to eat, and things to do was so informative. They make a great team, and you can see that they love their jobs. It was reflected in the service they provided, which made for a beautiful and unforgettable trip.

My wife and I just completed sailing around Lefkada, and had one of the best times of our lives!

Rom (Host) food was all amazing, hand made from scratch. Angus (Skipper) went over and beyond, taking us along on some of his explorations, including visiting an abandoned NATO site, climbing to the top of Mount Ainos, and even swimming in Bioluminescence at night, making it all one of the most memorable trips ever.

The catamaran layout was amazing, providing space in the front, on the top, and back, giving plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were a perfect size and the countertops truly helped for our luggage, that we were able to spread out on.

The sea water everywhere was crystal clear and 84F. Felt so amazing to swim in!

Got to see all sorts of fish, turtles, swimming pigs, and so much more!

I took the Lefkada explorer route with yachtgetaways. This was my second trip with this company and it was just as perfect as my first one. The Islands visited on this route are less developed than the well known islands and it’s an idyllic getaway. Angus as skipper and Romina as hostess were just great !! Angus took us to lovely swimming and lunch stops in beautiful coves and small islands and each evening to typical Greek villages. No big hotels or apartment blocks just real Greek taverna and scenery. Romina’s cooking for breakfast, lunch and some dinners was super really tasty and imaginative. They looked after us superbly. It’s such a wonderful way to see the Greek islands I can heartily recommend.

Levi and Lauren were an awesome team. So professional, skilled and nothing was too much trouble. A truly magical holiday in beautiful Croatia with a fantastic group of like minded people. The yacht was amazing as were the places we visited and Lauren’s food! The trip was everything we hoped for and more. We wanted something different and certainly not disappointed. Thank you Lauren, Levi and Yacht Getaways!

We’ve just returned from the most fantastic Yacht Getaways holiday. A week sailing from Dubrovnik to Split being looked after by the amazing CiCi and Ana. We were so lucky to have such a great crew plus the most fun and friendly travel mates we could have hoped for! The boat was beautiful, clean and comfortable and Ana encouraged everyone who wanted to get involved sailing/driving the boat. CiCi was a brilliant host and an incredible cook - she whipped up delicious meals and drinks for us all and always made sure I had a vegan option too! Both Ana and CiCi made sure we had a brilliant week with help and recommendations on what to do at each stop. I can’t thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend this holiday to everyone!

Just returned from an incredible week sailing around the Cyclades with Levi and Lauren, our skipper and host for the week. It was amazing!! The catamaran was spacious, pristine and comfortable. Levi is conscientious, very knowledgeable about the islands and is a very competent and professional skipper, while Lauren who was our host and chef delighted us with the fantastic food she prepared every day. They work very well together as a team and gave us lots of tips and advice on restaurants, places to visit and made our trip such a memorable experience…we will definitely be returning

Our weeklong journey in the Cyclades with Levi and Lauren was an incredible and memorable adventure. Those two provided unique experiences customized to our preferences for adventure and some of the milestones we celebrated during the week. They were a great team and served as great guides and friends throughout the week (for our children and for us).

Spent last week sailing in the Cyclades with Levi and Lauren. We had a great time. Levi and Lauren are fun and super hosts. Lauren is a fabulous cook and Levi has the local knowledge needed to take his guests to beautiful coves for overnight anchoring and swims. We are all ready thinking about going again next year.

Our trip was with 8 extended family members, traveling from Dubrovnik to Split. Our skipper and host were very competent yet friendly as well. The food was amazing with a variety of meals freshly prepared. There were opportunities to try new local foods as well. Our skipper was a good resource for snorkeling equipment and paddle board use. She was very good at her job whether docking the boat or raising the sails. She and our host had a good knowledge of local history. They had recommendations for meals and entertainment at the various ports we docked at. Their sunset suggests were awesome. The whole trip had a very relaxed atmosphere. Accommodations were a bit tight which is to be expected. Overall it was a great trip.
