Great product and the local installation firm did a great job on the installation.

The door is top quality. Extremely well fitted by local fitters. The whole process from initial call to fitting took 10 weeks which was longer than expected. Communication from Yale was average too. That said, the door is perfect.

Door looks and functions excellently no more need for keys

The whole process was straightforward, the service was fantastic. We are so thrilled with our new door. The person that fit the door was fantastic and did a really wonderful job. I cannot recommend Yale and their fitter enough.

Just had my new front door fitted. I had a non hassle experience from start to finish. The fitter came out as agreed and measured up. The door was made and fitting was arranged by the fitter. The door was fitted in a couple of hours no mess was left and all trims were fitted both inside and out to leave a clean edged and neat fitting around the frame. The construction of the door is very solid and secure I have had several comments by others saying that they love the new door. I would fully recommend this company to others that were thinking of having a new door fitted.

Your front door is a big expensive decision! With the online door designer it is easy to see what your door will look like. I also spoke to the sales team who were helpful and sent colour samples to me. The measuring service was good. Polite and timely. The door arrived on time and was fitted by a nice cheerful fitter. All in all a very good overall experience. My door looks just like the door designer picture! The only thing i would suggest to Yale to improve their online designer is this; it would be good if you could download a photo of your house and drop the door onto it. Maybe a future mod? I would recommend Yale Doors.

It was a smooth process from start to finish.
Using the online ordering service was easy and quick, I had a call from the fitter, he gave us a time a few days later and measured up the door. The order was placed and the door fitted within a few weeks, the same gentleman fitted the door as measured it. I have 2 dogs and he was very careful not to let them out, he worked quickly and was very clean. I was talked through the workings of the door and what to do if there was any issues, was very happy with the whole process and would use them again.

Good service from fitter who fitted on time and quickly leAving no mess

We had a UPVC white door, which was letting in drafts and noise from the road and we needed the whole frame and door replacing. Having chosen the Chartwell door, Victorian style with Reflections glass, the fitters arrived on time on the day and I was really impressed with the work and attention to detail; we had a tricky job as it was a whole frame replacement but they did a super job. They ensured that everything lined up, was finished to a high standard and talked me through the locking system etc. The door looks so smart, I can't believe the difference it's made to not only the front of our house, but the hall area looks bigger and lighter because of the size of the door and the glass panels. We feel like the smartest looking house on the street! It's also impacted on the noise and draft issues we were having before, so we're really pleased. This review is 3 weeks after fitting - still very happy.

Stunning duck egg blue door, ordered and fitted without any hiccup. So nice to be able to buy a new door without the worry of sales people or cowboy fitters getting involved.

Had a lovely new door and frame Installed by one of the contractors only for me to be locked out a couple of weeks ago.

Turns out the frame has dropped and the lock gets Jammed.

After speaking to Yale customer service I am told its an installation issue and that is only covered for a year.

10 Year warranty bites the dust so a new door it is. I advise go to al local company who will it least sort the issues out rather than speaking to someone who just quotes T&C's of the warranty.

One very disappointed customer.

Process of ordering door and speed - no complaints
Quality of install - poor (be aware that Yale do not actually fit your door, they pass it on to a contractor to do which you have no choice over). Damaged wall and left a mess behind.
Quality of door - very average and certainly doesn't ooze quality, especially around the glazing separating trims that you can tap against the glass and feel like the could snap off really easily when cleaning.
Quality of after care service - Appalling. Had issues with install by contractor who damaged wall ripping old door out and Yale could not have been more unhelpful and unsympathetic - not even an apology. Very unprofessional as just forwarded my complaint emails onto contractor and said I had to deal with him to get sorted who I have had back but job still not right, so will now probably have to pay another tradesman to come and sort out.

I've read a few unfavourable comments on some sites but our experience has been totally fabulous.
Professional from start to finish. The attention to fine detail by Valley Windows who fitted our door was really nice to see. They cleared up after themselves took away the old door & frame too. They took time to make sure I was satisfied. I wasn't just satisfied I was delighted.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Cheap is not always cheap. You definitely get what you pay for here.

My son bought me a Yale door , was the best gift to me ever . When one gets to a certain age safety means a lot , I feel more safe than I have ever done , since The Yale Door was fitted . When I see the red light flash on handle of the door I can relax . So I am very pleased with my door

Easy to use website where I selected my ideal door, from the colour and design right down to the smaller details like a number plate and handle. Professionally and quickly installed with the old door and packaging removed by the company.
I initially selected Yale as they've a fantastic reputation for security and would highly recommend them. The after sales tram were excellent and followed up to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, which I certainly was.

From building the door on-line, ordering, initial site survey, confirmation of order, delivery and installation, the whole process was faultless. The finished installation looks great.
I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having a quality composite door fitted.

I went from having an old very sad door, to my own personally designed door in less than 3 hours. No mess, no fuss. Am now thinking of getting a new back door. Highly recommended
