I visited the pet shop today. The lady (Laura) was very knowledgable and so helpful. A young man from the warehouse, Adam I think, even helped me load my car. Excellent service and I will definitely be returning.

After a hiccup at the start of the my order it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction with no problem with excellent products

Terrible customer service from Yandles and totally unprofessional. I ordered a Record Power BS300E bandsaw from them and payed the balance in full. 2 days later I get an email saying its not in stock and won't be getting stock till September, fair enough!

I then contacted their sales team to go through the options, after speaking to them I agreed on upgrading to the sabre 300 bandsaw and was quoted a price of £999.

They then sent me an email with a payment link apologising saying that price was just for the machine and I'd now need to pay £360 to upgrade to this machine, a further £50 extra, i checked the invoice link and it listed the bandsaw and wheel kit, so as the other machine had a wheel set up I agreed and paid the £360 extra.

A day later email sent with invoice saying bandsaw and bandsaw blades despatched. Didn't ask for blades and no wheel kit, so i then phoned them again, explaining the situation and after 40 minutes they phoned me back admitting their mistake, but again requesting a further £73.

They had sent me a payment invoice listing bandsaw and wheel kit for a certain amount,which I paid immediately then after making a mistake tried for the second time to extort more money from me.

This was their mistake after pointing this out and all the hassle I'd had they then tried to get £23 out of me after quoting a price which I'd agreed originally...shocking customer care also had the cheek to request i return the bandsaw blades back to them.

Needless to say I've cancelled the order and demanded a full immediate refund.

If a company quotes you a price for an item they should honour that price, not come back 3 times asking for more money because they've made mistakes, totally unprofessional. They seem to put money over a good customer experience.
Will update if I have any problems getting a full refund.ķ

Dan did indeed phone and apologise, nice guy......however your response has made it worse....you say i didn't give you a chance to sort it out and immediately cancelled the order.....THIS IS A LIE!!!! I had at least 3 telephone conversations about your error as well as emails...I couldn't have explained your error any more clearly but still you dug in your heels and demanded more money after I had paid exactly what you asked me to. To come on here and act like you didn't have a chance to fix the situation is nothing more than a lie...after yandles made the mistake you could have easily put your hands up and sent me the wheel kit and apologised, but instead you demanded a further £73 and ended up paying haulage fees for a lot more money and made a customer very unhappy.

Although not the best start to a relationship; which I have to say, was on my part rather than theirs.
This is a Company that goes above and beyond for their customers. Even ringing you to make sure you got an order right if there is any anomaly.
To be honest. I can’t believe how a Company is so over caring for their customers.
All things bought come in good time and in an excellent state.
I can’t thank them enough.
I can heartfully recommend starting an account with Yandles. A Company you’ll learn to trust and go back to time and time again.

I've finally decided to get a woodturner's smock after years of using just a woodworking apron and getting shavings and dust everywhere. Generously sized and very comfortable. Just need to scuff it up and dirty it for a bit so I look the part. Great value for money too. Can't fault the quality thanks.

I gave 4 stars, but would really say 4.5 as there was some confusion with the delivery and stock. I think a few of the processes need a tweak to avoid confusion for the customer. For example, i ordered an expensive and large bandsaw and after placing the order, when i clicked on the receipt email it took me to my account where a big red "out of stock" was shown!! Chasing Yandles, it was actually in stock at their suppliers. So, i then got a phone call about delivery if my Axminster order????? In the end it arrived very quickly and is perfect. Just need to sort out the "out of stock" and delivery contact for that 5 star from. The service and staff were otherwise wonderful

Needed advice on selection of a chuck for my Record Power lathe as I was new to this hobby. Gent on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful with advice and recommendations. Wish I was nearer rather than in Scotland to take up the offer of the lessons and demos! But one day will make a special visit I’m sure! Highly recommend this business Alan

Easy to order the product I wanted, good price, good communication and it came in good time. Product received in excellent condition as advertised.

Sometimes it's hard to know a genuine company from an online scam. Anyone with any doubts (like I had) don't be worried because this is a 100% great company, with great prices and delivery.
I just wish all companies were the same.

Best place to get wood. such a large variety to choose from. Cutting available. Good knowledgeable staff. Large display of machinery and tools. Well worth a coupleof hours driving to visit.

Great service and product. The Miles craft track square is a simple but very effective addition to the track system. Very easy to set up and use and very good quality.

Have been shopping with yandles for 15 years we’ve spent thousands upon thousands because they were the best but I must admit the last couple of years the quality and service has gone down the pan their stock is overpriced record power now produce cheap shoddy machines and yandles are all about profit and nothing for the customers experience absolutely gutted in addition to the above after being flanneled by the director he tried to guilt me into editing this review in yandles favour and since I didn’t has added some disgusting response so if I was ever going to return as a customer I certainly wouldn’t now

I could not be happier with my purchase from Yandles! Incredible service from start to finish. I stupidly ordered an incorrect saw, however Yandles were amazing and so very helpful in rectifying the mistake. Big shout out to Adam for all the help given! Buy with absolute confidence, the assistance given was second to none.

I finally decided to get the extractor and am very pleased I did. I work in a small shed and it has made a big difference. It sits on top of a tall shelving unit as it seemed too heavy to hang from the shed roof. I got the upgraded filter but haven’t used it yet.
