Ordered a bandsaw blade from Yandles. As usual the same excellent service and communication. Excellent company to do business with.

The woodturning blanks were great. Unfortunately though advertised as packs of five my five different packs were in a box all loose not in packs at all!

Kept informed at all stages of the order and delivery process, arrived really quickly. Lots of background information on the product provided and great service and backup. They also provide lots of materials and workshops allowing their products to be put to good use.

I have nothing but praise for this company and its staff, very helpful and went out of there ways to make sure all my needs where accommodated, They responded to my messages quickly they where very polite and helpful, the woodworking equipment I purchased was very competitively priced, Great suppliers are hard to come by...well not anymore!

I had previously used 600 grit and been really pleased. This offer on lower grades gave me a wider range of grits and they have surpassed my expectations. Really good product,usual great service and at a good price. Thanks.

I needed some green oak gate posts, and needed them cut down so that I could collect them in my trailer 2.4m are just a little too long.
I spoke to Lewis first thing this morning and he arranged everything with the guys in the sawmill, took payment, and I collected them early afternoon.
We arrived a little early, so took the opportunity to look around the shops on site and grab a coffee and a cake in the cafe.
Then met Lewis, drove round to dispatch where Dan loaded them into the trailer for me and we were on our way.
Everyone we met on site was so friendly and helpful, it really was quite impressive, and a rarity nowadays in my opinion.
And the coffee and homemade cakes were just yummy!
Thanks so much to everyone involved, Yandles really is a model for how all businesses should operate.

Record recommended Yandle & son as one of their stockists and having the item in stock.
The website was easy to use with secure payments,the item arrived in good condition in original packaging.
The upgrade fence has made a great addition to my BS400 it’s much easier to use and set so in all a very worthwhile addition.

Communication with Yandles was good, their site was straightforward. Delivery was good. The only negative comment is the item delivered did not work! Now this might not be down to Yandles if they just distribute, something they can bring up to their supplier. It was a motor to an industrial vacuum. It was found that one of the brushes was not making contact with the commutator. The brush housings are not removable, they are riveted on, i did not want to break the seal to remove the motor from its housing so i `wangled ` a bit of wire to free off the brush. What this means is the factory let the motor go without testing it. This is not a good quality check.

A good quality turning blank, arrived in good time.
So good to be able to rely on quality material, not too much sapwood, no pith. You don’t know what you’re getting with many online suppliers. Thank you Yandle.

Fast delivery , good communication brilliant

The product is OK, the delivery service was appalling, it may have been quicker for yandles to put the item in the post and not of used a courier company, I did pay extra for a quick delivery but that didn't work, so once bitten, as they say, I will drive an hour to collect any items in future, it may not be cheaper but it will definitely be quicker. I hope this review doesn't put anybody off using Yandles, because all their staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help any customer and my experience hasn't put me off using them again in the future.

Very happy with Yandles, ordered my fourth lot of green oak. Their website makes it easy to order, and a prompt cutting service. As I am quite local the staff are always very helpful when collecting. Super quality, price and service.

After placing my order, Yandles were quick to respond but unfortunately were let down by the delivery company.Once I informed the Yandles team they immediately took control of the situation and I was very impressed with the fantastic effort by everybody involved at Yandles to resolve the problem.

I wanted a small batch of woodturning blanks and had been recommended Yandle so when I saw the smaller batch at a reasonable price I ordered them. They arrived promptly and look excellent and I am looking forward to turning them.
