Yandy refused to ship order after a month.

I ordered about 30 items during the black friday sale. My order was canceled by yandy a full month later. They offered no explanation despite multiple inquiries. They still have the items I ordered in stock. It just seems like they decided they didn't want to honor their advertised sale.

They lost my business.

Black Friday Scam

Ordered from this site countless times. Placed an order on Black Friday like everyone else. 100+ dollars and was given the run around for weeks. Stated that they are returning money while all my items are in stock. This was nothing more than a scam and they are unwilling to meet their sale.

Yandy.com Black Friday Deception

Like many recent complaints, Yandy repeatedly misled or lied to me about the status of my order for weeks before canceling it right before Christmas after previously "guaranteeing" delivery by 12/24. I reached out on multiple occasions and was clearly misled by this company. Although they did refund the balance after several weeks, I can't help but feel that I wouldn't trust these people with a piece of sand, let alone a purchase.

Canceled my entire order

So after spending a lot of hours on Thanksgiving shopping and after an entire month waiting for the items I ordred, I get an email saying that my ordrs are canceled due to unforseen circumstances. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional to treat a customer who's being shopping and buying stuff for more than 14 years. I find it very hard to believe that non of my the items ordered are available. If it was a few items canceled that might be understandable, but canceling entire order, that is just sad and disappointing. They did not even care to explain the easons other than "unforseen circumstances", that is just sad. Avoid this company at all cost and don't waste your time

Black Friday Sham

Same Black Friday issues as everyone else. Ordered 130 items give or take a few. Received out of stock notifications and refunds for many items over the three weeks since my order was placed. Sent an email surrounding when we would receive our items and were told it would be on or before Christmas Eve. Two days later the entire order was canceled. There will be no more orders through Yandy. Terrible business practices....

Absolutely pathetic company

Absolutely pathetic company. I received the exact same generic email stating I would receive my black Friday order by December 24th after having delay after delay. I finally received an email saying they CANCELED my order due to unforseen circumstances. I don't understand how, after MULTIPLE emails THIS WEEK, you say it will be delivered and a day later it isn't possible to fulfill. I'm so saddened that other companies (like SheIn) can handle the volume without this many issues, but a company that had the lingerie I really wanted cannot. No percentage off could ever convince me to buy from this company again, and it appears other buyers had the same experience.

Fraudulent business practices

I placed an order on Nov 26 for a large number of pieces for my wife and I to enjoy, and after waiting a MONTH they cancelled my whole order... Nothing I ordered was in stock and they held my money for a month and collected interest using MY with nothing in return! Are there supply chain issues right now, of course... However, it didn't take them a month to figure out they didn't have the products I ordered. I don't know about you, but call that FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! They will never get another chance from me placing another order! DONE!

Black Friday ordered canceled 3 days before Christmas.

I ordered on November 26th. On December 6th, I received an email saying my order was delayed for 5 days. I emailed them back December 20th and was promised that my order would be delivered by December 24th. On December 22nd, I received an email saying my order was canceled. I checked and the items I ordered are still in stock and available to order, but at 3-4x the price since it's no longer Black Friday. It's obvious they are just not wanting to honor the black friday prices, since the items are still available on their website for order, but to wait almost a month until 3 days before Christmas is simply terrible customer service.

Reading the other reviews I’m shocked…

Reading the other reviews I’m shocked so many others are having the same experience. Ordered more than thirty items on 11/26 black Friday deals and tonight they cancelled my entire order without any reason. I’ve waited almost a month, received one email a few days after purchase that two of the items were out of stock. Would have preferred a replacement, but didn’t really care. Now I don't even understand what is happening, I’ve never had a company completely cancel an order. It seems obvious they don’t want to honor pricing. Does the CEO understand what’s happening here!? This is not a sustainable business practice, and I would not recommend Yandy. Buyer beware, this company is involved in Fraudulent behavior.

I've been a customer for years and have spent quite a bit with yandy. After the recent horrible customer service and the Black Friday sale debacle, I will never do business with them again. I will be reporting them for their fraudulent business tactics. Stay far away and spend your money at reputable companies!

Ordered on Black Friday. Order went into a black hole

Ordered on Black Friday 11/26. Was told that due to a high number of orders, shipment would be delayed but “*****We will have it there on or before December 24th” I was told on December 6 that I would be refunded for one item that was out of stock. Ok understandable. Then, on December 20, curious as to why I still had not received my order but was supposed to be receiving it by the 24th, I emailed Customer Service and Holly replied with the following: “We are very sorry, but due to the high number of orders placed during our Black Friday Sale or Cyber Monday Sale we are expecting fulfillment delays. Bah humbug for the delay…”. Then at 8:41 PM today December 22, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances” (no transparency is a bad look) that they’re giving me 40% off of $150 order… though No mention of shipping cost? which should be complimentary as they were when I initially placed my order. This is so ridiculous. Seriously, I’ve never experienced this before lol… Highly disappointed. I told my friends about it and we’re unlikely to shop yandy in the future.

Same experience as pretty much everyone else that has reviewed the past 5 to 6 days. Order during Black Friday, checked in on my order due to delays, has a few items refunded due to being out of stock, they said it would be here by December 24, checked in on my order this afternoon and less than a hour later my wife gets a response cancelling her entire order. Of course they gave her a discount coupon. If the company can’t honor its Black Friday sales they should have them. My wife will never purchase from yandy again.

I have same issue as many

I have same issue as many. Ordered 11/25 and today they cancelled my order. Website shows many items still in stock, but at much higher prices. This is criminal. Have never had such an experience with Yandy but this time horrible customer service and left without gifts 4 days before Christmas. They will never get another order from me.

They will cancel your order after holding funds for weeks

They will cancel your order after holding funds for almost a month. Various lies about items out of stock. The email replies they send are form letters. I received the same response multiple times. After waiting this time they simply sent a notice the orders are cancelled.

I’ve been patient and messaged Yandy rep today about shipping delays. I didn’t even care if it was after Christmas! I just wanted my stuff! The rep said there are delays but to expect it hopefully by Christmas Eve.
Not even an hour later my two orders were cancelled and reasons stated were “other!”
Very disappointed!

Terrible business tactic for “Black Friday”.

I have read some of the reviews on this site, and the same thing happened to me. I placed my order on Black Friday. My whole order was just canceled! It took me like 2 hours to go through the whole website searching for items because I had a store credit for $66. It appears that yandy does not want to honor those Black Friday deals, because they are indeed still selling those items on there website. So I guess those items I’m seeing online today that I purchased on Black Friday, are NOT really out of stock? Very disappointed…
