This company has turned into a joke

Long term customer who is now totally done with Yandy. Placed multiple orders in Nov and Dec. They are very efficient in charging your credit card, but a total joke at fulfilling the orders. Full of apologies and future discounts, but cannot ship what they sell. We were very patient and understanding of these difficult times for a month, but now have had enough. Waste of a lot of my time at best or they are simply defrauding me at worst. Not sure why anyone would choose to do business like this.

I’ve ordered from Yandy several times…

I’ve ordered from Yandy several times with no issues. Placed an order on Black Friday and just received notification that the order was cancelled. Very frustrating as this was initially supposed to be a birthday present, but due to the delay, figured it’d definitely make it in time for Christmas. Now I need to figure a new Christmas gift out, 3 days before Christmas. Also just wanted to say that Rayven was very rude. I sent a friendly email inquiring about the order status, and she said she did not have an answer that would satisfy me and that they provide updates whenever they receive them. This is false, as I never heard anything from them other than an initial 5-7 business day delay email a few days after placing the order. She offered to cancel the order when I simply just wanted an update as it’s been nearly a month. Why would I want to cancel? Will not be purchasing from Yandy again after this experience.

Did not honor sale prices, order was cancelled by Yandy

Order placed on Black Friday sale was not fulfilled. Every time I called I was told order would be delivered before Christmas. After four weeks of wait, they cancelled my order. I believe they didn’t want to honor Black Friday Sale prices, since merchandise is currently available at website.

They won’t ship your items, don’t buy from them!

Beyond annoyed with Yandy. I’ve been a customer for years but after ordering during the Black Friday sale, I will never place another order with them again. It’s been 27 days since I placed my order, I paid for shipping, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I have twice requested to have them just cancel the whole order because I’m sick of waiting for it, and all I get back is a generic response saying “thanks for your patience.” The customer service is terrible. At this point I feel like Yandy has stolen money from me, because I can’t see any way in which this order is ever going to ship. This place is apparently now a scam. Don’t ever buy from them.

Horrible

Update: Just contacted customer service and they’re saying I should receive tracking information within 24 hours and receive my order by 12/24. Once again I still haven’t received an email confirming my order after they told me they resent it to my email. It seems like they’re just telling me what I want to hear at this point.

I placed an order on 12/1 during Yandy’s cyber week sale, have yet to receive an email confirming my order and my items still haven’t shipped. I contacted customer service several times and have gotten different delivery dates ranging from 12/9 to 12/20-12/22. It’s now 12/21 and my order still hasn’t shipped. This is the first and last time I’ll be ordering from yandy.com.

I placed an order on 12/6. It said it would be delivered on 12/20. I checked my order status and it hasn’t been shipped yet. This is very disappointing. I can’t see myself ordering from yandy again. This was Christmas gift!!!!

We ordered many items 25 days ago

We ordered many items 25 days ago, about 17 days ago they sent an email saying some items were sold out and we would get a refund for those items. We still have not received our shipment and it looking like we will not before Christmas. I have emailed and get the same auto generated generic form letter in return "your order is important to us and we are working hard to process it, thanks for your patience and understanding". We have bought a lot of items over the years from Yandy and never had to kind or service from them, looks like we will be shopping there competitors who often have great prices and appear to ship more reliable according to some of our friends.

Order delay and confusion - but made it!

UPDATE: 12/23 - package arrived and appears to be complete and accurate!
UPDATE: 12/21, and I've received a tracking number, but UPS just says "Label Created". Still, that's progress.
UPDATE: Their customer service contacted me on the 18th and assured me that order would arrive by 12/24 and be complete.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I contacted them about my order, and they said it is delayed but WOULD arrive before 12/24. So that's good...

The problem is that the note also said some items were out of stock but didn't tell me which ones. Is it just one item? Or 6? If i know what's not coming, I can make arrangements to find another present – but not if it's delivered on the 24th.

A little more communication would go a LONG way!

I ordered about 57 and that was for black Friday will is December 17th and I haven't received a single one of my items I've got one email from them they'll be another five or eight days that was on November 30th don't order for them ridiculous I can't get a hold of nobody talk to nobody don't have any of my items but they sure have my money.....

Wouldn’t recommend buying from Yandy

Wouldn’t recommend buying from Yandy. Bought some lingerie for my fiancé for Christmas around Black Friday. Needless to say like everyone else it won’t be here on time. What company keeps sending out discount codes when they can’t fulfill their orders to current customers? Was supposed to have a 30% discount and it wouldn’t work. Site wouldn’t even let me log in. Told me something was out of stock but I don’t even know how much or what but when I placed my order it was listed as in stock. Once again what business sells items they don’t have or can’t get??? Bought from 3wishes at the same time and got my items in 4 days. Earlier then expected delivery. Horrible company, won’t be ordering from again. Have no idea it I’ll ever get my stuff or if it’s a scam. Rather than actually looking into your order they send you a generic ass bot email that is zero help and answers zero questions.

I used to like Yandy...

UPDATE: These reviews must be magic, got an order shipment notification a short while after leaving this review. I have given them an additional star because I'm actually getting my order. It's still not a good review though, they should have had more in place for Black Friday sales. If it's too much for them to handle, then don't have a sale like that

I used to like Yandy, I have ordered multiple times with them over the past few years, but I'm quickly getting fed up with them. I bought a number of items in their Black Friday sale, and I'm still waiting for them to even ship my order out. I never even got an order invoice email or additional emails about items that were refunded because they were out of stock, but they can send their sales emails every single day. I have emailed them a few times about my order and I keep getting the generic "we are working really hard to get orders out" response. Why are they soliciting more business with more sales when they can't even get the orders shipped that were placed three weeks ago?!

Also, their website sucks, I try to login with my credentials to check my order status and it keeps telling me I have the wrong login. I have reset my password at least three times to the exact same password and after resetting it lets me in but if I don't reset it, I can't login.

Be patient during huge sales

I placed an order during their Black Friday/ cyber Monday sale rush. Picked up some great items at incredible prices. It took a while to get the order, but I trust their customer service team. Kiki was awesome enough to keep me informed about my order status. It was a huge sale so I was patient and grateful to get everything I ordered.

Forever waiting

EDIT: My order shipped out today so I changed the rating I originally gave. Not sure if it's because I left a rating or if it was because it was finally my turn. Nonetheless, I'm grateful it'll arrive before Christmas

Just like a few others here, I bought from yandy during the black friday sale. Still no shipping update, got a partial refund on an item, contacted customer service last week and got a generic response. While I understand they were overwhelmed with orders, I don't agree with their emails saying give it an extra 5 business days then them not even sticking to it. First email said about 5-6 extra days and now the generic response is saying more. I'm a first time buyer, they can send keep sending me 15% or 30% off codes but if I can't get my first order, why would I even bother spending more money on yandy? I was excited to use these on my honeymoon but now I'm just getting tired of waiting. Wish I would have shopped somewhere else on black friday. Should have known it was too good to be true.

YANDY=Fraud / Final Update

The response to this post from Yandy is a lie. I DID NOT CANCEL my order. I complained about it being 18 days and the rep sent me an email stating she cancelled my order. I emailed back asking why…I never told her to…I want my items…the response was she had to do to an inventory processing issue.

This goes against every other email sssuring me my 62 of 63 items would ship after the 5 business day delay.

The rep retaliated against me with no recourse. I want my items. I did not request nor did I want a refund. Why would I be ok with a 30% off coupon when I had an order full of items that I purchased for 90% off plus a 30% coupon applied.

This is fraud and I have proof that this response is a lie. Unless Yandy is going to offer another 90% off coupon in response to not honoring their “once a year sale” that was cancelled in retaliation…this is not even close to over

FINAL UPDATE: It’s now 18 days since ordering from Yandy during their 90% off sale. Last week they sent me a response that they would get ahold of distribution and try to expedite. I now received an email that they have cancelled the entire order and refunded my account.

They stated they had to die to an “inventory error”.

THIS IS FRAUD! THE ITEMS ARE STILL SELLING AT A HIGHER PRICEPOINT.

UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE.

They cancelled one item 2 weeks ago due to this “inventory issue”…nearly all items have remained for sale for 2 weeks now comes a cancellation of the entire order. Something needs done. This is not OK.

December 22 update:

It’s been 7 days since Yandy cancelled my order so that they did not have to honor their 90% off sale pricing. THEY HAVE YET TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I called and could not get through. I emailed and they said get with your bank. The order was placed through PayPal. All credits come through within 24 hours. ONLY OPTION IS TO DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

BLACK FRIDAY.

BLACK FRIDAY.. apparently it was a mess. I ordered 2 weeks ago my order still hasn’t shipped. My order originally was supposed to be delivered on 12/6 but it’s 12/9 and the only thing I have heard about my order is 1 item being cancelled. At first I was able to chat with them, now that’s not available. I emailed, got no response. They post to social media all day to promote sales, but can’t fulfill the orders they already have. I’ve ordered from yandy before with good experiences.. but they really messed up on this one.

Been on the phone over 45…

Been on the phone over 45 minutes...tried calling numerous times while waiting. Long time Yandy purchaser, but after this bull $hit....DON'T PURCHASE THROUGH YANDY.COM. Their black Friday sale was a failure, & couldn't keep up. They want to try & say sorry by giving 15% off next order or $hit that is already marked up 300%. Just give me what I ordered by Xmas, how about that?!?

Shouldn't Even be in Business

As with every other recent review of Yandy, we are also victims of their Black Friday fiasco. Placed order, then a few days later get an email about a refund, tried to contact them about refund it took two more replies with Customer service to even find out what was cancelled.

So then a few more days pass, it was Dec 5th I decide to contact again as still no status of my order to find out they were getting to it. All generic responses saying how busy they are, orders taking up to 5 days to fulfill, which is past the 5-day limit already. I confirmed with Rep on phone that I will not be getting anymore emails beyond the one I got about "Out of Stock" issues and she confirmed that my order was good. Well not even 3 hours later I get an email about 11 more items being cancelled.

Reps were again generic responses with no actual solutions except 15% off next order. What is salt in the wound of this all is this morning now the 8th, no refund, still no shipping on order, and they send out a sales email about one of the items I ordered (which was cancelled) being back in stock, and their idea of handling their mess is to give you a 15% off code for an item you already paid for with a 90% off discount. After contacting again, I get a message they cannot honor the 90% discount on these items as they were only at that price on that sale. So, with this screw up I am beginning to wonder how they have even stayed in business. From here on I out will be taking my business elsewhere

Very bad order fulfillment

Same experience as other reviewers, order being cancelled a week after because out of stock. They are unable to keep a live inventory system which led to fatal blow of this company's reputation in 2021's black Friday sale. I reckon they'd loose 40% of their original customer base.

Can they make it up? Not sure. 15% off next order is pitiful. The OOS wasted a lot of people's time.

Order # supplied via email followed up with phone correspondence. So far still no confirmed shipment 1 week after original post.

Unreliable

I have been a Yandy customer for quite some time and I am usually happy with my experience with them. I recently shopped their Black Friday sale and ordered 44 items! I was so excited about my order, however, every couple days now I get an email stating some of the items I ordered were actually out of stock and now they have to refund me my money. As another reviewer stated, they oversold their merchandise and now the customers are paying for it. Almost half of my order has been canceled and refunded. The only thing they have tried to do to make it right is offer a small discount of 15% off my next order. I will not be ordering from Yandy again, I will use a more reliable and reputable site. Save yourself some disappointment and do the same!
