We have dealt with Yappl for a number of years. The service has always been great. Helen in particular has and continues to be so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have also recently dealt with Emma who again provided excellent prompt service.

Wouldn't Use Anyone Else for Business Mobiles
Have recently moved our business mobiles over to Yappl as I have used them before and have always been fab. Tonia and Nic were really patient as I kept changing the number of users we needed. Once the proposal had been accepted Nic & Kay kept me informed of everything that would happen. Kay sent really detailed instructions as were were porting a lot of numbers. On the day of porting, everything went through but we had an issue with one of the handsets for a key member of staff and I was flapping. Paul worked his magic and got it sorted really quick.

I'd never heard of Yappl before now, but I'm so glad I found them. Looking for a small number of business contracts on SIM only I assumed I would be very low priority but the team have gone above and beyond, especially Helen and Lindsay.
