Absolutely disgraceful dishonest. I waiting for my refund back to April time . Instead sending dress they send beach cover . I would never buy from them anymore

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on the 2/5/25. It was a dress for my dad's funeral. I then looked at reviews and decided to cancel the order, within the 2 hour window of their cancellation policy. The dress then arrived and I have been back and forth since to try and get a refund. There is a telephone number on their website which doesn't work. I asked via email if I could speak to someone over the phone to be advised they do not take calls. The dress itself was awful and nothing like the picture both style and material. They keep telling me it is being looked into as high priority but its 11 weeks now and I keep getting told the same thing.
Safe yourself the disappointment and please do not order through them. How a company like this is able to operate its crazy

Please DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a maxi dress, the garment arrived and was not the dress that was advertised. It was a different colour, length and not even lined as advertised. The company tried to offer 20% off or I could send it back and pay £40-£50 shipping , which clearly isn’t happening. They then preceded to say that the garments may differ due to lighting etc. I had sent them photographs of the dress advertised and the one I received. I am absolutely disgusted that this company thinks it is ok to betray the consumer by false advertising of their poorly shabby made garments!!!

The dress I received was nothing like the photos on the website. The website looks lovely and leads you to believe they are based in London. The goods are shipped from China and are very inferior rubbish. If you want to return anything you have to send back to China at your own cost. I have sent the item back after having to provide photos wish me luck. Do not buy from this drop shipper
