The course was amazing from start to finish. I found it to be organised and perfectly designed, with a great balance of learning from the experts and practising our newly aqquired skills. They tought us in a way which would suit all types of learners; we listened, watched clips and also practised ourselves - after each topic. I was initially very nervous to attend as I suffer with anxiety due to a family member experiencing a cardiac arrest. But Priscila and her team were incredibly helpful and supportive. Their passion for helping people and saving lives really shows in the course and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I had just finish a training with Priscila and her team at Yay First Aid and I had a awesome experience with them. From the start to end, nothing to fault. I am a nutrition student, mom and wife who just want to be able to serve and help other when it is needed so I decided to take the course.

Priscila is one of those angels without wings that absolutely love and what she does. She is an experienced paramedic that works in the NHS 999 ambulance and shares up to date information and techniques on how to deal with emergency situations, also preparing the situation for when the big help arrives. You can see her patron throughout the course.

If you decide to learn how to help save lives and not only for a piece of paper (certification), Yay First Aid is your best option.

I'm really glad for having done this course! It's so importante and necessary the content for everyone, and was pretty complete for 1 day of class. Priscila shows an excellent knowledge and do leads very well, being direct to the point talking serious but also giving some good mood while teaching. The time pass fast! I'm not fluent in english and I could understand, so people shouldn't have any limitation to accomplish this course.

The EFAW course went above and beyond the basics required by the EFAW syllabus, teaching a variety of different first aid skills. I left confident that I would be able to intervene to help save a life. Thoroughly recommended!

This is absolutely the best first aid course I have ever done. The trainers were all knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very confident in the skills they taught me.

Also they feed you very well with plenty of breaks!

I just finished a first aid course with Yay First Aid and it was GREAT.

Priscilla and her team work hard at making the course interesting and fun. They offer a lot practice on the dummies unlike many other courses where you get to try it once or twice.

By the end of the course I definitely felt confident to offer first aid if needed.

I will be definitely recommending them to friends and family.
