NoEasy and clear to book on line with quick payment receipt and booking confirmation.
Only issue is putting in date of birth as it can't be manually input and no quick way to do it. You have to keep scrolling or tapping button through every month and year to get to date of birth this nearly stopped me booking as such a pain.

Great service provided by the staff. Although you cannot make a large group booking together with two types of cottage via the website (this is why I give 4 star due to technology, instead of 5), the service staff were extremely pleasant and helpful (5 star) in sorting out the issues that technology would not allow me to do. I think the answer with large or special bookings is to book over the phone, staff do the booking, send invoices and payment link via a email/sms with a time limit. It would make things far more efficient if the website can’t do it.

Straightforward booking system. Easy to navigate.

It would be great if any of the Cottages has the appropriate number of the homepage. For instance, the Cottage Taos has the numbers 1,2,3,4 etc. and the Cottage Le Breuil has the number 5,6,7,8 etc. so the location can be checked on the map.

Great experience. We have used Yellow Village a few times and we find it easy to search, to get a quick overview and book. Furthermore it seems the campsites stay true to the description.
We did have a situation where we made a booking at a campsite which turned out to be fully booked. Probably the campsite that didn't update their data.

Réservation très simple facile

The reservation process and information was smooth except for the payment page. I had to make three attempts to pay, as the numbers kept filling in backwards! It was only when I went back to previous pages, and then moved forward to the payment page, that the payment worked, and the information filled correctly.
I’m glad it finally worked!
