Having been a Oneplus user for 3 years I know their products are great. Had a few concerns over whether the phone is/would EOL soon, but Oneplus still distributing Android OS upgrades after 2 1/2 years with another year of security patches minimum.

Found Yellowape selling what they said were "A* Pristine" phones on eBay, but without any power leads, and you think to yourself, "Well I suppose they will be a good condition second hand phone".

I Bought 2 x Oneplus 6 phones. What actually turned up seemed to be O2 New/Unused stock. I was astounded. I mean this seems brand new. A £500 at the time flagship beating 8GB/128GB phone for £180. Sure we'll probably replace it with 2 years but beats paying £650 and replacing in 4 years.

The rest? Ordered Monday at 22:00,turned up DPD Wednesday at 11:30.

In my view an Excellent vendor who I recommend, but as always your only good as your last sale.

Bought a Huawei P20 Pro I'm to be honest always a little sceptical of buying used mobiles but this phone was perfect. It actually looked new when it arrived.

There was a minor issue with the item, but the seller was excellent! And we were able to fix the problem really quickly and effectively. The communication was excellent!

I ordered an iphone7plus from this gentleman
(Yellow-ape) through EBay, The advert was this phone is in excellent condition,
It was priced at £239-00 and it was also post free. That saved me at least £7-00.
In my mind I thought there might be a few marks on the phone,
So when it arrived on the day (on time) I opened the very well packed iPhone,
I looked at it in amazement it was in Pristine condition, I was really pleased indeed.
So I want to congratulate Yellow-ape for the way they carry out their business,
I will say to anyone else who is thinking of using this firm, You Can Trust Them.

dont buy anything from these people they lie to their customers and then take your money and don't send your phone for days on end they also tell you that the phones they sell have no chargers but have no problem in telling you that if you need a charger they'll happily sell you one on top of the price of the phonr you just bought of them and they don't even test the phones themselves their so called supplier does who obviously isn't on the store so the owner of yellowape doesn't know if their working ir not he takes the suppliers word for it this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a used phone company operating from ebay I've ever come across absolutely disgusting customer service and communication and would highly recommend purchasing your phone from elsewhere and one that wont try and charge you more for something that should alreasy come with a phone used or not also lies about customers as I have had no other negative feedback on my ebay account and would like to ask to show evidence on his slanderous claims either way poor business and awful owner

When the seller is at fault, should the buyer really have to pay the return postage?

I bought a used mobile phone from Yellow Ape on eBay. The phone was described as: "Unlocked, will work with all networks in all countries." "Phone is in perfect working order and in Grade A condition." I found that it was neither unlocked nor in grade A condition when I received it. Naturally, I was not satisfied with this. Yellow Ape did not respond to my initial messages through eBay and PayPal so I escalated the issue in the PayPal Resolution Centre. More than a week after the phone was delivered back to them, at my expense, I got a refund of the cost of the phone. I am grateful for this at least!
