Over the past few years, YEMA has made significant investments aimed at insourcing a good part of its production and constantly improving the quality of its manufacturing processes by using new equipment as well as expanding and modernising its workshops and production lines. YEMA now works with new local French & Swiss partners, within a 72 km radius of Morteau, to secure a more responsible and higher quality production.

My purchase of my Yema Rallygraf Alpine Cup Series watch was excellent. The watch was low stock and required time to ship, but Yema kept me informed. Once shipped, the watch arrives in perfect shape all the way from France to Japan. The watch exceeds expectations and I am enjoying wearing it as a new addition to my collection. Highly recommend!

Automatic movement is base for my…
Automatic movement is base for my choice. Second, movement was designed in Yema manufacture. Mostly microbrands use Sellita or Miyota. Unique shape fit best fir my wrist. Only thing I must consult is the sound of movement while I do some move of my hand. It sounds like maraca (shac-shacks). Apart from that looks fabulous and enjoy me every day

Terrible costumer service!
I bought a watch and 2 extra straps. Shipment took some time ( 10 days), I saw that one of the straps was sent was not the one bought ( different size and colour) which don't even fit the watch. Costumer service says 24/7 they do respond, but hasn't been able to find a solution. Sometimes it seam they don't care for their clients. This was my first time buying from Yema, overall I am happy with the watch. But costumer service is terrible, they are not interested to help. I don't know what to do know as I have been contacting as I already payed for a product that I never got and they just don't solve the issue. It has been now over a month and still waiting for my strap.

However, our customer service team has also been replying to your inquiries—often almost instantly—and had previously informed you that the correct strap would be shipped to you even before we received the incorrect one back.
After checking our records, we can confirm that your replacement strap has indeed been shipped and you should receive it in the coming days. Please note that a tracking number is not available as it was dispatched by simple letter.
