Biggest scammers !this application should be closed !!! I would like to post the conversation with the help center. Telling me this is normal here and not it's there problem. But am gonna insure everybody gonna see this !! Guies uninstall this application if we do it together in big numbers they will close it !!

You cant even order food if you not have a turket number, and im not from here very bad

No refund of the money for missing item. Can't get any person to support. The automatic support doesn't answer anything. Cancelation of orders without any reason.

I have ordered KFC through the app, and what I received was completely different. It didn’t include the pure and the onion rings as advertised on the website, and the drink was also incorrect. We paid extra to add cheese and the burgers are jokes, I didn’t know if this was a prank because I couldn’t believe it. I contacted Yemeksepeti live chat advisor and not only she wasn’t able to assist, but she closed the chat on me. She insisted that the food needs to be intact so they can collect it, bearing in mind that the restaurant was closed and prior chatting to them, we already tried to call the restaurant, therefore we didn’t have a choice only eating what we have.

Took 2 hours to deliver. I had to cancel my order.

Worst application you can ever use in Turkiye. Use Getir instead.

Never refund my money after they sent food for my daughter WHO COULD NOT EAT CHICKEN, She took a bite and thank god realized, she could of easly become VERY SICK, never refund, never even emailed me back, wrote a review and they would not post it!! Used them for about 15 years, too many issues with them lately, customer service RUDE AND USELESS.

I am waiting for 2 hours for a meal and cannot cancel it. So I think they are ok with this. Let's see if my food will have arrived by tomorrow! Thank you!

Don't bother

Ordered food, wrong items arrived, was told to keep the items so it can be collected and replaced

Threw the food in the trash after 2 days of no collection and exchange and now refusing to give a refund

Yemeksepeti is a delivery app plagued with glitches. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't verify my account, rendering it useless. Ordering has been impossible over the years due to constant technical issues. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app altogether.

Only giving a two star review wish their information was clearer went on to order food it said 50% orders then I go in and only 50% order a very small selection of food, now my kids are excited so I still have to order but it just feels so sneaky, be upfront about the discounts. In relation to food delivery haven't had an issue but I wish it was more transparent

It's a great experience. I just pay using my card and it's the easiest way to handle it. Wish they could mark all restaurants which have the actual halal certificate.

Pathetic service waste of money order from Trendyol or go yourself dont use this useless app worst customer service you wait for 2 hours for a order and if God forbid somehow you recieve your order it will be either missing and cold as ice i paid extras for topings they were missing as well and then they say we are dispatching a replacement i think it will arrive at the day of judgment cause its been a month and i am still waiting for the replacement.

This application is totally useless. I have been waiting orders for hours and they refused to help with cancellation. The quality of the restaurants they list is really poor. Today we had an issue with an order and we called the restaurant because Yemek sepeti operators were totally unhelpful. The restaurant treated us in a very rude way and we got a meal of a terrible quality after waiting 1 hour and half

I've been using this service for half a year and everything has always worked fine, but recently they cancel orders for no reason, and also the delivery speed itself has become very long, I hope they will correct themselves.

They make typos on addresses, wrong city names, very unprofessional.

I made an order (Order #mlrn-bp09) that was not delivered, but my credit was still charged, and their website said the order was delivered. I contacted customer support numerous times on their website (because they don't have a phone number for customer support), and they said they would get back to me, but they never did. I am now switching to Migros Hemen after years of being Yemeksepeti's customer. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unresponsive, and scammy customer support...

The customer service is so bad and they dont respond most of the time and the service in general is slow and bad

It's a great app, until you have an issue with a restaurant, and realize yemeksepeti does not care. Twice a restaurant does not deliver the order properly, the customer support asks to wait, and they keep dragging and nothing gets resolved, and your money goes for nothing. I closed my account with them today after using them for 2 years.
Shame on them.
