Worst company ever all they do is create a lot of adverts and have rubbish customer service and products I ordered food many times out of 5 times only 1 order came the other 4 was never refunded. Do not buy from this awful company again

This was absolutely useless you order food and wait and wait and it doesn't end up coming it's the worst app ever and if you do value time DONT order it.They literally have no concept of time as you wait for hours and the food never COMES ABSOLUTELY ANNOYED AND WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I wanted to order something they withdrew money and the order didn’t take place waited somedays but unfortunately my money still didn’t came back.

1.they dont give you a refund If you paid for the products you didnt receive
2. They dont care that your food was cold
3. Always late, the couriers always have issues
4. Worst support ever in the world
Its strange to me how are they still operating in Turkey.

Look at all the reviews here. Would you use a service with 70% BAD rating.
We tried today. They advertise as delivering to villages. Liers!
We made the order, and got a phone call to say they could not deliver as too busy.
What company does this!
Deleted the app.
Now i can understand why this company has such a bad rating.

Rubbish app.. doesnt deserve a one star.. I tried to make an order (banabi) for my son’s breakfast and they picked the wrong driver which is 20km away.. I tried to tell the problem via live chat but they were not able to understand/solve the problem. After all, It took 38 minuted to reach someone and tell the issue..I dont even mention the misleading offers and the overpriced items..

Poor service. Both times received wrong items. The support didn't help me. Disgusting. Keep in mind if you run into problems, they will not be able to help you.

Very bad service, delivery 1.5 hour, food came cold and wrong

Order was never delivered without any notice

Firstly, they rip off the restaurant which affects in portion sized delivery, their fee's are very high.

They have this thing called JOKER, they had a glitch on their website when I was ordering, I paid 25 Lira's more than I should be paying, they accepted the glitch but did not take any activity.

I ordered dinner and they took my money from my card immediately but then they cancelled my order. I wanted back my money but they said we can’t send you back, you have to wait 2 working days. It is not reliable, untrustworthy and worthless company. I don’t trust and I don’t recommend. It’s not first mistake from their side and not end. They’re not finding solution ever. Don’t order ever.

This company has very bad commisions.If you want spend money to junk this website for you.Custommer support is very useless and rude.Honestly,i am not recommend this company to owners.They have bad scripted website and it will be blown.
