Another exceptional experience at Yeomans Bridgwater by Sophie Carrot, picked up our car Friday everything was perfect. Thanks for looking after us again !

We recently bought a used Peugeot 5008 from Yeomans Eastbourne. It has been in an out for repair
for a persistent oil fault which has been plaguing us since we bought the car just over a year ago as well as other niggling faults. The failure to sort this issue has caused us a great deal of dissatisfaction with Yeomans.
Then, when the car was in and this work was underway, we were advised that the car needed repairs to both the fly wheel and the clutch totalling more than £800 as well as other repairs for things like breakpads (That arguably shouldnt be in such disrepair after less than a years use)
W pointed out that the car was still under warranty, to be told that these faults aren't covered but are general wear and tear. Having looked through the handbook this wouldn't appear to be the case for these components so I am interested in how u this is justified.
I have tried to contact both Yeomans Eastbourne and (Supposed head office ) in Worthing as we wished to escalate the complaint raised but emails are basically ignored by both centres and a customer service number for the 'group' is uncontactable.

A great salesman in Eastbourne by the name of Dylan.
Dylan was so helpful and professional when it came to collecting my new car today. He was very patient and informative.

I bought my first car in the UK from Yeoman’s Honda Guildford and had a genuinely great experience. The team was friendly, warm, and helpful — a huge contrast to the impersonal, pushy dealerships I dealt with in London, making it absolutely worth travelling from East London.
Special shout-out to Sherine, who was exceptional from start to finish, making my first car purchase smooth and stress free. She put up with all my questions, guided me through the process and even picked me up from the station on the day I collected the car.
Highly recommend the dealership

Extremely poor customer service and unresolved vehicle issues from Yeomans VW in Exeter.
Our experience with Yeomans has been genuinely awful. The rear air conditioning on our brand-new 2025 VW California has never worked (collected late June), and despite multiple visits, long delays, and endless chasing, the issue is still unresolved months later.
Communication has been inconsistent, slow, and often completely absent. Neither the dealership nor Volkswagen seem willing to take responsibility for a clear manufacturer fault on a brand-new vehicle. There has been no urgency, no accountability, and no realistic path to resolution - just wasted time, repeated inconvenience, and a total disregard for our Consumer Rights.
What should have been a simple, straightforward after-sales repair has turned into an exhausting, ongoing ordeal, with the vehicle still not fit for purpose.
Based on our experience, we absolutely do not recommend this dealership. We expected far better support, competence, and professionalism from both Yeomans and VW. Avoid at all costs.

I have posted on here previously about issues I've had with Yeomans. I bought a used car off them in 2024. Noticed there was a noise. After several attempts Yeomans Indian Queens were unable to resolve it. Brought it to Volkswagen Helston who had some success in locating the noise, so they put some lubricant on the parts. That was in July of this year. Limited success but the noise has started coming back. Emailed Indian Queens. No response. Emailed Helston. No response. Got on to Volkswagen customer services. Other than an acknowledgement email. No further response.
Think long and hard before parting with your money.

I purchased a Honda Jazz from Yeomans Honda Guildford. Sherine Adams was my sales person. The car was great value, the service was exceptional. Sherine informed me about the extra services that Honda offered but let me decide on what I wanted without being pushy. I had seen a few cars before I went to the main dealer, none were as well presented as the car I bought and none had a warranty as comprehensive as that offered by the main dealer. I am happy to pay extra for the peace of mind of buying an approved used vehicle but I don't think that it cost me much extra. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yeomans Honda Guildford. This car was for my son but I will be buying a car from this dealership for myself in the future.

Avoid Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth – extremely poor service and lack of transparency
I purchased a Seat Ateca from Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth, advertised as having a full 100-point check, a new MOT, a service, and warranty. I was told there were no issues with the vehicle.
It took two weeks of chasing for them to provide copies of the service and MOT documents. When I finally received them, I discovered MOT advisories for brakes and tyres that had never been mentioned at the point of sale.
The service book was not stamped and I was told they “don’t do this anymore” because it is all digital. After five months, the car notified me that it needed a service. When I queried this, the dealership insisted a service had been completed and told me to take the car to the manufacturer to clear the message. If their claim is true, the invoice suggests the wrong oil may have been used, potentially contributing to the problems I experienced.
After five months, the car developed knocking noises. Yeomans then told me to take it to Seat for repairs because they “don’t work on Seats”, despite having sold the vehicle to me.
I requested a copy of the 100-point check, as I believe it should have revealed some of these issues. They have never been able to provide it, which makes me doubt it was carried out at all.
Emails go unanswered, and calling is equally unproductive. Communication is consistently poor.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a car from this company. I have no confidence in their checks, their honesty, or their mechanics, who appear to rely solely on a computer and only have expertise in Nissans.

I am not a customer of Yeomans SEAT Exeter, but they sorted a safety recall on a second hand SEAT I had bought elsewhere privately. The service provided was excellent. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. They dealt with the safety issue and another issue at my convenience and even washed the car afterwards. I would highly recommend this garage

We had such a positive experience at Yeoman's Honda in Eastbourne.
Mark Wolff was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase of a used Honda CRV.
We had lots of questions, that he answered patiently, and helped us to choose an amazing car within our budget range.

My car was in for a service and MOT yesterday at the Indian Queens branch. There was an issue with the exhaust which meant it failed the MOT, a part was ordered and it was fitted today. Fantastic service. I asked lots of questions, Tre Arnold was great.
Thank you.

Our car purchase from Yeomans (Honda) Worthing was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
It was apparent that our custom was valued and Ethan, our Sales Advisor gave exceptional customer service. Thank you for all your great help and expertise.

*** following on from my previous review below. I have decided to reduce my rating to 1 Star.
After not being able to contact the company directly, I was actually contacted ... only after writing a bad review. The Customer Service Manager called, was very polite and accepted the whole process was a bit of a shambles. He said he was going to go away, look at what happened and call me back with a resolution. Weeks later, no call back!!
You have to wonder what the point is in customer services doing this, it would be better just not calling at all.
Cemented my decision not to use the company again!
Poor Experience
I've had to use Yeomans Van Centre in Exeter several times. I generally find the staff friendly and helpful, although this time it has been pretty bad!
I took my van in for repair, was told I would receive a call back that day, no call came. When I rang them the next day, they apologised and said someone would look at my van that day.
I received a call to say that they could repair it (for a very expensive amount) and would be fixed by midday. It is an hour commute from where I live, arrived at 13:00 to say my van hadn't been fixed yet, no one called and relayed this. I was then told they would deliver it back to me the following day.
I now have my van back, but there are issues and, I'm not exactly sure why, but a large amount of what I think is glue on my windscreen, directly in my eye line. Not sure how this has been allowed to leave the repair center in this state, and how the person driving it back to me hasn't noticed.
For 3 days now I have been trying to call the service center but the phone rings out, the answer machine is full so you can't leave a message. The only department that answers is the sales department (surprisingly enough!) and they say they will email the service department and someone will return my call. Which for 3 days now they haven't.
Very poor service throughout and will not be returning to to use again.

We recently purchased a new car from Yeomans Honda Guildford and received fantastic service from start to finish. Sherine was extremely professional and attentive and being open on a Sunday was so convenient. Nothing was too much trouble. Great experience.

I bought my second car from ŠKODA Bridgwater last week. I was very pleased with the service I received, especially from the sales person Sophie Carrott, who was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process went smoothly and I never felt pressured into buying.

Liam at the Bexhill branch is a credit to your company. He took his time with us, we were not entirely sure if we were ready to buy a car or if they even had what we wanted. Sure enough he found us what we'd been looking for within our price range at another Branch. At no point did Liam rush or pressure us. He arranged for us to test drive a similar car to see if we liked it whilst transferring the car we liked to their showroom. Nothing was too much trouble. When the car had arrived we test drove that one and that was it, we knew we had to have it. Liam answered all our questions even ones we never knew we needed, his knowledge on Mazdas is vast.
Having previously always brought second hand cars privately, I didn't quite know what to expect from a main dealer.... well I won't be going anywhere else from now on. The service is incredible and we will definitely be back to see Liam when we are ready to upgrade again in the future.

Visited Yeomans Honda Farnham yesterday to get my telematics activated. I was greeted with a kind and friendly gentleman who went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely go back to them again in the future!

Shocking quote of +£2000 repairs which proved to be £300 from a reputable garage. Their video report cited multiple failed parts which they could not possibly have known from just looking at and felt justified to simply state it all needed replacing which it did not. Do not get your car serviced here!

Yeomans Plymouth Nissan. Purchased a new van from them in April 2025, only to find out in September 2025 they had given us the wrong registration number. Van has now gone wrong, 4 visits and they still have not corrected. No apologies, No follow through on problems, no contacts. We constantly call them.
