I like that yesasia had the products that I was particularly looking for, but at the same time there were some products that I'm going to have to search elsewhere because they are no longer available.

I have shopped on this site for over 7 years now and always buy my k-pop albums through them. Not only are the albums shipped in a timely manner, they are safely bubble-wrapped. If there are any issues as well, the customer support is so understanding and respond in a timely manner.

Love shopping YesAsia for items I cannot get locally (USA). I have never been dissapointed with items received.

I preordered a kpop album in August. I received the wrong poster which came with it. They initially offered to replace it but spent months “looking for a replacement”. I then requested a refund, to which they provided a store credit. I then used this credit to purchase a new poster. It is now December. They again have sent me the wrong poster. Do not buy anything from them. They are scammers and will not listen to your complaints. They are incompetent and provide inadequate customer service.

I am a collector who was browsing around this website for VideoCDs, and came across a listing for a collection of computer generated art films which I am a fan of. I placed the order, and waited for over a month for the order’s status to change, only for the order to be canceled due to their supplier not having this item in stock.

I did get a full refund, so I won’t give them anything less than three stars. However, to have items listed for sale only to be canceled because their supplier cannot keep track of what they have in stock is unacceptable, especially for collectors of such rare & niche content such as myself! It is possible that there are some other items still listed on the website for sale that aren’t even available, but I'd rather not be the one to find that out, even if I do get my money back! Not going to have my time wasted again!
