The canvas is really thin and having to self assemble the frame was frustrating and did not leave professional finish. Expensive for what it is.
I have other photos on canvas that were already assembled and much better quality
Three canvas prints purchased from them, the canvas material disintegrated, the frames fell apart. Waste of time. Waste of money. Stock replies in trying to rectify the issue.
I am very happy with the finished product and yfCanvas have been extremely helpful - I can't fault them. I would agree that the canvas could be a little tighter, but I have also compared it with a picture canvas my son was given and that is not taut either so I assume that's how some are.
I followed the instructions for the heart photo montage in that the minimum size of the uploaded photos had to be 300kb and there are no problems with any of the photos. I also called with questions before placing the order and was given a discount code which worked out to be better than the Groupon offer - so for the price paid the product is everything I expected and more.
I would definitely recommend this company and product.
The website was confusing but if you read the FAQ's then everything is explained. I haven't put the frame together yet so fingers crossed that all goes ok. The print itself is good and the delivery was unbelievably quick. I ordered last Monday, sent pics the next day received on Saturday.
Received a terrible canvas from these jokers, not interested in helping, or resolving the issue. Canvas was poor representation of the photo I sent. they couldn't care less if they tried. Never again. Avoid the Groupon deal.
total crap. Photo finally arrived after 5 weeks with a 'dust' mark on the perfect blue sky of my print.
Their self adhesive folding system did not pull the canvas tight.
