Yogabody is so good
Yogabody is so good! 15 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of stretching is so manageable that I've been keeping up with it and I feel great. I'm really inflexible and have back pain but already my hips and back are looser. I love that the approach is sensible and explained and that I learn more about my muscles.
Relief from sciatica pain
Sciatica pain can be incredibly challenging, especially when it persists for an extended period. After enduring sciatica pain for weeks, I made the decision to introduce gentle stretching into my routine.

Good videos.
I like the videos, but I often find it difficult to get the poses to work the areas he says should be. I like the length of the classes, easy to work them in almost everyday.
First Experience
First, Lucas is an excellent instructor. His explanations are straightforward and do not require any guessing. There are different options for each pose (I am at option # 1, the most basic). The videos are well made, professional. No audio issues. I really enjoy that I can pause anytime, can go back a little to something I may need to review. Extremely pleased with my purchase.
A Game. Changer for Flexibility!
The 21 day hip opening class has been a game changer for me. Recommended by several friends, I am delighted that the class has given me greater flexibility and just 18 minutes a day.
Hip mobillity and back challange
I like the way lucas explanes gives you 3 diferent ways to do each movement.. im 8 days in im doing the hip and bach chalange and am slowly getting more move ment and my back has less pain
Huge improvement in just 21 days
I threw out my back last July and have been on the mend ever since. I discovered I had two bulging discs, a posterior annular fissure, and congenital spinal stenosis. The diagnosis has been very disheartening and the pain has made me incredibly apprehensive about starting any kind of exercise regime. I decided to give the 21 day lower back challenge a try and I'm glad I did. The exercise regimine is deceivingly simple. I asked myself, "how are three poses in 15 minutes going to help?" But boy howdy, they work. The soreness in my lower back has decreased substantially. I am able to stand taller and walk daily: from zero miles to nearly four miles. Its a huge improvement that has boosted my confidence. I feel stronger, more capable, and most importantly of all—hopeful that I will get back into shape and live a pain free life.
Lucas and Yogabody safe me from back pain
I first got to meet Lucas and Yogabody because of a severe back pain. Nothing had really worked until I did the 21 days happy back challenge. I took the challenge and slowly I got so much better. Lucas helped me understand that there is no magic trick to cure back pain but by doing the right excercises and being persistent, you can really get back to normal life. This what happend to me and I am so grateful. I have repeated the happy back challenge more than 20 times and I love that I have it with me whenever I needed. Now I started the Yoga daily program and I am really happy with it.
And, by the way, I do it from Chile! Explanations and guidance is easy to follow. I totally recommend Yogabody!!
There is hope
I have been suffering with back pain for the past year due to a PickleBall injury. In my 64 years, I had never experienced back pain and now being forced on the sideline really discouraged me. I decided to give the Happy back program a go. I am in my second week and I am finding some improvement. Once done with this program, I will sign up for the other ones as I love the teaching method, and the feel good afterwards.

I wish I knew about this program earlier! Excellent teachings, easy to follow and with options for everyone. You notice results quite quickly!
This program does exactly as promised
This program does exactly as promised. It is real!! I am a 58 year old woman and I can’t believe how much this program has given to my life. All the aches and pains I was beginning to wake up with are gone. I have strength and ease of movement like I haven’t had in years. I love the teachers, and am so grateful to have someone else keeping track of which muscle group we strengthen and stretch each day. Plenty of variety and all you have to do is show up, 5 days a week. You will not regret it!
Science-based and gentle
I love that Lucas keeps the education science-based. It is very difficult to find yoga teachers that arent bringing in the BS about chakras and such. He has a gentle and kind way of teaching for every body type and is injury-inclusive. Ive signed up for several of his trainings and have learned so much from all of them.
The 21 day hip challenge
The 21 day hip challenge was great…. It gave me discipline to commit, and I noticed improvements quickly. It’s also very informative as Lucas explains the ‘why’ not just the ‘what’. I will definitely repeat the challenge

As always, both Lucas and Camilo articulate the instructions clearly and offer modifications for those who need it.
Loved the variety of sessions, yogo flow with strength and stretching along with a lake hike.
I especially liked during the metabolism workshop how Lucas encouraged participants to research other countries' public health recommendations if they are are questioning US recommendations. Very diplomatic yet encouraging the global standards! Just the facts!
I think there should be a stride measurement included in the the VO2 Max. test! A short person will never meet these standards.

YogaBody for functional health
I just completed the 3-day,in-person YogaBody retreat. Lucas and Camilo are excellent yoga teachers and consistent in their message of strength and stretch training for functional health. YogaBody is a fantastic community. I love YogaBody daily for consistent daily training that is effective in making me stronger and more limber even as I age (67yo). It never gets boring, because it is different every day.

In 2023 I suffered a herniated disc L4 L5. I could not stand up straight for 4 months. I found Yogabody and decided to give it a try, as I'd tried everything else and only improved to a point. Much to my amazement, within a week the pain had gone and I was able to stand straight again.
I did continue to have a stiff back, however and found it difficult to turn over in bed without discomfort.
Recently I decided to try the hip opening challenge and to my disbelief the discomfort disappeared.
Lucas' straightforward, approachable style keeps me coming back and the lifetime access means that I will continue to repeat the program, with the hopes of maintaining those gains.

Very poor technology
I like the classes except that the new app doesn’t download old classes like the old app. When you watch the old classes, the image doesn’t rotate or fill the screen. Easy to fix; not sure why they haven’t. Makes it annoying to use so I may give up Yogabody and try another version provider.
Update: apparently the full-screen glitch will be resolved within a few days. However, having to download previous classes to your device just fills its memory unnecessarily. The previous app allowed you to download classes to the app, thus making it easy to take them one by one rather than continually going back to where you started and losing track of which class you have taken. My point about the new app being less practical than the old one still stands. It makes me think that YB has a problem with its techies, or a lack of competent ones.
