Brexit délais, good products
Unfortunately I didn't think about Brexit as it said worldwide shopping on the site and the mat was made in Spain, my delivery was held up for a week by customs (to France from UK). Very happy with the rubber mat and the eye pillow smells divine and is the perfect size and weight.

Great product, poor returns policy
Buying directly from Yogamatters website I bought a low cost item. I made a mistake when ordering, the belt was too short, the cost of postage and to return it was more than the value, it wasn't worth returning. I complained and they gave me a returns voucher - thank you. However since the Yogamatters range lists on Amazon it is much better to buy through that channel since postage and returns are free if one makes a mistake.

I had to contact the customer services team (due to an error I'd made with my order - completely my fault) and Krisztian was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we sorted everything out smoothly. Before speaking with Krisztian, I spoke with a lady over the phone who was equally as helpful.
