The products are get what you pay for tbh...seem true to size for me personally etc. However, the after sale returns system is a joke! Makes it near in impossible to return if you live in the UK! I've had this problem before and they wanted me to pay for the return to China (lol). It was claimed I had just changed my mind and therefore should pay...but that was not the case! The elastic around the dress was about 20" on a size 20! I've just made another order to give them another chance...try returning an item...it is impossible on the app or smart phone! If you get in touch with the live chat it's a bot...if you send a message it's a bot! So infuriating! Try Shein instead, same kind of company but the returns are free and easy 😠

We ordered a lawn mower and it never came! We contacted yoins by email and first they said they are behind schedule due to enormous amount of orders to fulfill and so we will have to wait and if we do not want to wait they can substitute with a weed-eater instead! What a shame!! We just told them we do not want your anything, just cancel our order and do not try to do fraud business in the USA, you will be caught red handed.
Advice to people seeing their amazing ads :- Never believe in them because you will never get what they advertised. They are a total fraud company.
Stay away from their products.

I am a plus size woman (size20) and im short (5’2) and I buy regularly from Yoins. Size quality and price are excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only thing I find that lets them down is shipping, usually 2-3weeks seems to be the time frame, not that big of a problem but if you do need something quick it’s an issue

Their clothes are trash. Misssized and A waste of time.
Their solution? You can buy more for 50% discount.

They refuse to acknowledge the consumer rights act. They think their illegal returns policy should be above the law.

They've been reported to trading standards and hopefully we can stop them from selling in the UK and paying for fake good reviews.

Luckily my credit card company has recovered the money for me.

What a stressful company to deal with it is quite shocking.

I went into Yoins pretty skeptical, as I'd read reviews about it that made it seem pretty sketch. It may just have been me, but I had a pretty damn good experience with them. I ordered some clothes, most of the shirts were meh quality, but a few were good. The pants were super solid so I will be ordering more of those in the future. Their customer service helped a lot in getting a refund and didn't try to scam me, which was what I was afraid of. Overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend them, especially for cool pants!!

This is not entirely a scam, they have delivered a few of the things ordered. But if you decide to engage with them, there are a few things I think you should know.
1. Their website, when it comes to order status or tracking is not reliable at all. It will say a thing, and that might be true, but also not at all. One of my orders continues to this day to show as in preparation, but it has been delivered.
2. Their customer service is useless. They are just liars. Emails don't get sent, complains not raised, they have a different perception of time (24h to send an email, which I have now been waiting for a month). Don't ever trust a word they say.
3. Products are plastic. Let's be honest, stuff that looks and feels better for the same price is available on the street.
4. Use Paypal. They protect customers from these scams and will refund a purchase if they see you have been faulted. I have had that experience, while Clearpay left me hanging and so would have my credit card provider.

The phrase, 'You get what you pay for' springs to mind. I impulsively ordered 4 items, then read the reviews. So I was expecting the worst. The items arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. Be warned, the clothes don't look half as good as they do on the yoins site. To be fair, the prices are cheap and so are the clothes, however they are not shoddy or particularly bad. Just don't expect Rick Owens, Primark from a few years back is closer. However I must stress, if you purchase with realistic expectations, then, although variable, the clothes are good value for the price.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They have literally stolen over $100 from me and have not responded to any of my messages or attempts to contact them to find out why I never received the dresses I paid for in good faith.
The stupid tracking system they use shows that my parcel was delivered to a completely different state!!!… & every time I have tried to message them, I receive an automated message back telling to to check with the post office & have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact them via phone.
For the record, I did check with my local post office & of course it wasn’t there but as they seem to have sent my parcel to QLD how the hell can I check that when I live in NSW.
I will never purchase from this company again & will make sure I tell as many people as possible to never purchase from them either unless you want to be completely ripped off, then ignored!
Shame on you Yoins, you are an absolute joke & your company should be SHUT DOWN!

I love yoins! I am plus size and it is hard to find cheap clothes that are good quality. There are so many different styles and seasons. If you haven't checked out their penny sales then your missing out! I'm a bit addicted! Shipping usually takes about 2 weeks

where is my order, its been 10 days and no nearer to getting my goods. Poor service for those not in US

I checked the reviews after I ordered, so my expectations were not high. But the package came on time, clothes were a good fit, and everything looked nice and well made. I ordered from their plus size line which had some really nice looking clothes, and that is not mostly the case with bigger clothes in my opinion.

Seriously this website is basically a scam. As it is the material is super CHEAP and not worth what you pay. Then if an item doesn’t fit right or you simply don’t like it, you have to jump through hoops to simply return the item. Instead of having an option to return the item in your login account, you seriously have to speak to a customer service rep first who will have to approve your reasoning for sending it back. You MUST have the SKU code as well as answer like 5 questions in which you have to measure the dress and confirm you checked the chart blah blah blah. On top of that it is a strict 30 day policy. What company does that? I wonder if yoins realizes that’s not a thing! I shouldn’t have to write a thesis on why I want to return an item. I would have given 2 stars if at the very least the items were made well but I can’t even say that. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere for your clothing where you are protected for returns especially since online shopping is tricky and it’s not one size fits all.

I ordered clothes from Yoins Plus because I loved the look of so many clothes in this range and the models look like about a size 14 UK even though the range starts at size 18 UK. I'm a 16 but because of the price thought maybe as with my experience with cheap clothing they were smaller sizes. Unfortunately 2 dresses were far too big so I requested a refund which turned out to be very difficult.
Basically if you live in the UK you have to pay for postage to return the items, or get 50% back and keep the items. If you live in other countries (big list) it's free. The woman at customer services was also very rude on the phone. Lesson learned to look into the refunds and returns policies of companies in future, what did I expect from clothes so cheap? (the material felt cheap too). Disappointed and misled by the clothes on the models and the range starting at size 18 UK when the smaller clothing range looks tarty and not my taste at all. It's a shame they don't offer a wider selection for more sizes.

Never found returning an item so difficult?! in order to return my item I had so speak to someone to have it 'approved' and I now will have to cover the cost to return the item while waiting 48 hours to receive a returns label. Avoid this company!!

One part of my order came correctly. The other part did not. I rang the customer service number and the man on the phone kept saying my order number didn't exist. The packaging it came in the barcode had 1 size too small on it. Then the dress itself was 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. The 'Live Chat' available 24/7 as youse claim I have heard nothing at all. Not impressed.

This is not a review but a question really. I am interested in a size 16 cold shoulder white baggy top. Am keen to buy it but I don't want to buy it if it is not a true to size fit. Also, why is the postage about £5.50 for this item.? It is nearly as dear as the top. I thought there was a Yoins in the UK? Am a bit dubious about buying this item as all the models are super skinny and of course everything looks great on them

I have previously given this company a good review. But I cannot continue to do so. My last order arrived when I was not home and was left outside in full view of the street and someone took it. After many discussions with Yoins they reissued my order. Tracking my order has been difficult but it seems the transport company has misplaced my order again and is investigating. I don't hold any hope and I won't be ordering again. It seems the courier service they use is not very reputable when you read the reviews on line.
