I must admit, I felt slightly hesitant about ordering due to the reviews on here (which is why I have decided to report back), but I decided to go ahead with the order. I am glad that I did! I am pleased to confirm that everything went smoothly.

Both items were shipped within 12 hours and arrived within a week. The designs were exactly what I expected / as advertised on the website, the correct sizes and the perfect fit. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you!

I placed an order which supposed to be free express shipping according to their store policy .. paid for said it was shipped then a few days later I receive a cancellation email and the reason were that shipping was too expensive to my country 🤣🤣 such a great customer service!!

Clothing is mediocre at best- the clothing was ill-fitting and the costumer service is atrocious. Do not expect a refund on anything you order because you will not receive it despite talking to customer service. If you want stray threads hanging from each garment, then this is the site for you! I won’t order from this site ever again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a set of Pyjamas and instead, 1 month later I received a cheap damaged dress. This dress must have been worth £5 (if that), when I’d paid £25 for the item I wanted and never received. I tried to email YOINS but the website kept saying my order number didn’t exist in their system! I tried live chat, but no one answered. Finally I tried live chat again informing YOINS I am asking PayPal to investigate this and also that I was getting in touch with the ombudsman for my money back. Finally they answered me back and I did get a refund (shipping costs are none refundable). It was like getting blood from a stone for a response, if I could give them 0 stars I would. AVOID at all costs! ** They’ve replied to me on here which I can’t believe! Wow, if only you were this attentive and responsive when I was asking for help from you.

Do not trust this site, I order few items. they were deliver after a month with wrong size. So i asked either for refund or replacement and have been following up with them for almost a month now and every time these people say they will send a replacement item. and you get absolutely nothing for them.

I'm not sure why Yoins gets any bad reviews... I have placed 5 different orders and have received all but 1 (its processing as I type this) and the items were great! Also, customer service is excellent. I have used the live chat option and the representative has always been helpful if I had questions. It's 5 ***** Stars from me!

Very disappointed in my experience. They sent the wrong size, said they would correct it and sent the correct item. When I received it, it was again the wrong size. Both shipments took over 3 weeks and I was not able to wear the top for the vacation I was going on. I will not be purchasing again from this site.

Received my dresses today - after only waiting a week for them - absolutely love them - never disappointed with Yoins products - highly recommend

Absolutely terrible company. My order never arrived and they said to ship it again I need to pay 40 percent or I can get a 60 percent refund. Absolute trash company

The dress also doesn’t look anything like in the picture! there was an item missing and every article of clothing that I did receive was of the poorest quality imaginable. I thought this was an American-based company. The clothes looked like they came from a shady street dealer in a third-world country. The clothing looked nothing like the pictures and was thin, flimsy, terrible material. I wanted to return it, I was looking for the company's help to return this HORRIBLE DRESS THAN I DID RESEARCH ABOUT this company and able to get their HELP which is Eight fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ seven two four five THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THEY FINALLY PROVIDE ME A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN MAKE A RETURN OF THIS CHEAP LOOKING, GARBAGE DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY This was the first time I have ever purchased online from this COMPANY Lesson learned. Received within a few weeks. The articles received look similar to the photos but the materials, the quality, the buttons etc are not the same. Out of 5 articles I will wear one and donate the others. Will not order via Yoins anymore !

I'm very hesitant to purchase clothes online. The few times I have - I regretted it. I was pleasantly surprised by Yoins. I purchased two tops and really like them both. The only thing was the sizing is off. I ordered small and they were not small definitely bigger. But they were still very nice for such low prices.

Product quality is appalling. I don't even think it was polyester. Absolute tat.

"Free returns" is a joke. They make you jump through about 200 hoops, including asking them for a return wherein you have to fill out a form, then you have to print out their acceptance of your return, send the goods back and log back in to provide photographic evidence that you have sent it back. Even after all of that, I still had to contact them to get my refund, where they tried to claim that I hadn't followed the process. When i proved I had, it was just an error and all the standard platitudes they spout.

My advice to anyone reading would be to not order. If you have ordered, raise it as a fraudulent charge with your credit card company and refuse the delivery. Trust me it will save you time in the long run.

Oh and before some moron from Yoins tries to put some response here trying to suggest that you couldn't find my file to try to imply that the order didn't happen, my order number is 95724483 and your customer service chat agent, Gianna, was a badly trained liar.

Bought on 2nd Feb 2021, checked status a day before it was due to arrive, said to contact them as item out of stock, after waiting over a month for my order, if I hadn't checked I would never have known. Thoroughly disgusted. Still awaiting refund for entire order on 10th march.
Would not recommend to anyone!
