Received my order on time
Received my order on time, however it was very poor quality and not worth the money I paid for it. The returns process is a joke. Emailing back and forth for days to then finally recieve a returns note I could of printed days later. I give up sending this item back but will not be buying from Yoins again.

They scam you
They scam you. They place your order TWICE, charge you TWICE, You don't even get a confirmation e mail for the duplicate order and then THEY DON'T WANT TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN, EVEN IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT OPEN ! Also , many items have misleading pictures, they don't look the same and arrive all wrinkled. I'm reporting this SCAM due to the duplicate fraudulent orders to the FTC and putting bad reviews ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA.

Super slow service
Super slow service! Yoins took approximately 4 weeks to deliver my order and I was later informed that one order was out of stock, so I am not sure why they charged me in the first place? I was refunded thankfully.
I finally received my second parcel to find chinise to English sizing is massively different (item was too small). I got in contact with the costumer services, however I waited days for a replay and still nothing has been sorted. I have a 30 day refund period, so ideally I want to return it as soon as possible, however I am still waiting....
I understand that it's a mixed bag in reviews because before I shopped on this website I looked here. However I recommend you really check the sizing and do not risk it for one inch smaller or a cm because the sizing is not the same. My dress can only fit a size 6 or smaller in English sizing despite being labelled a size 8.
It's either a positive experience or a negative experience for people. The cloths are really nice just get the right sizing in the first place then you can save money and not feel disheartened after the waiting period.

Honestly, I ordered from here skeptically and even though it took a while all my stuff arrived. Moreover, everything except one shirt fit perfectly. The clothes are absolutely adorable and I would totally buy from here again. Great experience!

This is a scam company
This is a scam, they are sending cheap and low quality products from Asia with drop ship, with expensive courier company, then TNT courier for example demands you 3x the price of your order which is ridiculous. The if you dont pay the taxes to receive your order goes back without a refund.

Beware - Scammers will take your money and run
I ordered $50 in merchandise off a Facebook ad I saw for Yoins in APRIL 2020. They took the money and ran. Never responded to my 10 emails asking for updates, then for a refund.

BE CAREFUL: From what I understand it's hit and miss as some order from Yoins and are happy with what they receive. If you're unsure about ordering from them I would say don't chance it, there are many similar stores to choose from.
Summary: ordered 2 items, arrived in good time but both were poor quality fabrics. Currently still in the process of trying to get my money back, the refund procedure requires you to chase them.
Not worth the hassle.

Agree, with a lot of the other reviewers here. The size of the products are not quite right...some were overly big i think only one item might have been closer in size...definitely do not look like the products in the photos either.

Missing order
Ordered clothes from them before and had no problems, I recently moved house and forgot to change the address on the delivery (Completely my fault) the tenants at my old property gave the parcel back to the postman (the post office have confirmed this. My parcel was sent back to Yoins other two weeks ago now and they are saying they do not have it when Royal Mail can prove that they do. They keep asking me for information that I do not have. They have the order number my name and both addresses! They are just being difficult, I don’t want a refund I just want the i teams I ordered re delivered to my correct address. Really annoyed and disappointed.
