Will not shop here again

Will not shop here again. Delivery took over three months. I believed the package to be lost so I mailed customer support which I must say answered me rather quickly but could only tell me the package had been shipped. Got the clothes today and they are not like the pictures. The dress I ordered was ok but the fabric feels cheap. The top I ordered was the worst. Horrible, horrible fabric and the zipper accent for the front of the top was crooked. Which is quite noticable. So my experience of this company is not a positive one.

I've tried and tried to get a returns…

I've tried and tried to get a returns label for two items sent that were completely the wrong size and cheap skimpy fabric, constantly unable to access the email address or phone number. Disgusting way to treat people. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company.

I want to complain about my order 1322. I paid for Appliques V Neck Short Sleeve Trumpet Party/cocktail dress and I received the crap and cheap blue dress. The dress is not similar at all with the pic dress in their website! I already emailed the customer service but no reply at all! I want my money back!

I thought they are scammers but they are Not!!!

Well at first i was very mad with Yoins because i had problems with my delivery.
They send my items but my local post did not send me any notification when to come to pick it up my package! So my delivery went back to China! I was really mad!
So after i contacted Yoins Costumer Service and emailing each other probably 27 email back and forward (i must say it was really annoying) and when i asked them to resend my order back to me they told me to pay 40% of price that i've paid for my items.
I felt angry and frustrated but i've paid and you know what they really have resended my order!!!! So today i picked up my package and im really happy with my items that i've ordered! They fit me perfect and its nice quality! :)
By the way i must notice one important thing!
The updates of my delivery (where you can track your order) went to the spam email thats why i did'nt see when they send me the email that my delivery has arrived to my country. So if your local post will not send you any notification you will miss your delivery and they will send it back to the sender!
Anyway just wanna say BIG THANKS to Yoins!!!!!! You are NOT scammers!!!! and i apologise for my previous post the one that i 've already deleted. :) I will definetely order again from Yoins! 😊 👍

I placed a large order and received…

I placed a large order and received items that were such poor quality they were completely see through. I underwent the 27 step return process and have sent the items back with confirmation that they were received in their facility over 14 days ago. Every time I email their customer service they ask for the tracking number and order ID to resolve the situation, which I have provided on their website and via email 13 times. Have I received a refund. No. This place sells cheap crap and then make it impossible to return or resolve issues.

Great service

I can honestly say I have never had ANY issues with shipping or product. I have had 7 orders now and have had one item damaged. I contacted customer service and within a day had an email with options for exchange/return. My replacement garment was sent out within 2 days of contacting customer service. I will continue to order product as I love the selection and prices!

Amazing! Give them a try

I love your clothing, I love the quality and comfort as well! They hold up well to washing and drying, I also love that you have larger sizes, it’s hard to find stylish clothing in larger sizes for men.... I just placed my 4th order in the last 3 months and I couldn’t be more pleased! Keep up the good work!

Terrible

I wanted so much to buy a lot of beautiful clothes that I have seen on this page but seeing these reviews, the better step. The truth is that reading all these ugly comments is terrifying, I have not seen any positive, it must be fraud.

They deserve a zero

They deserve a zero. Horrible customer service and bad quality! They claim free returns but it is not. Purchased 4 dresses from them one was huge obviously not the correct size. I emailed them several of times and even messaged them on fb as directed from their website and no replies.

When they did they told me to take pictures and send proof it was the wrong size. I did and they just said they would give me 20% refund with 50% off coupon. I said no of course because it's not like I can wear it even if I keep it. They gave me a few options which all led to me having to purchase more items in replacement of the other and having to pay shipping. I told them no thank you because I would be losing out on money I shouldn't have to due to their wrong sizing. They just finally told me to ship it back for free but will only refund once they've received the package not including any shipping I paid. I've been scammed before from other similar sites where they lied that they never received the item back and never refunded me so I didn't want to risk it. Don't waste your time and money. Other dresses I bought with this purchase is cheap too. Material is not good.

My order !

I just ordered two items last week and I had to email them because I never got a confirmation email or tracking number. Their reply sorry we can't find your order! Oh but you were quick to take my money you theives!!! Ive emailed them numerous times and still get the same reply likes it automatically responds with that email back to me. I have contacted my laywer and I will take further action if I have to. Horrible customer service skills never again will I try ans purchase anything from this company. You people don't even deserve the one star I had to give in order to write this review!!!

Terrible

Terrible.
My clothes never came and I still had to pay, and they added the wrong address twice, even though they were told the correct one. Don't buy from this place.

Edit: Despite receiving the answer below, I have not got my money back, nor received my order. They have shipped my new order to the wrong address, and ask me if I can fix this somehow. I have never in my life witnessed this kind of bad service.

Quality not great, returns difficult, refunds a myth

Quality not great - and the old adage ‘buy cheap buy twice’ certainly rings true.
The returns process is over complicated - you have to take photos of all your items - even if you didn’t get them out of their bags (you’ve just decided it’s all rubbish!).
After many many emails you get permission to return (well done if you get this far!!) I received a returns label that was complete gobbledegook - so had to request another.
Next make sure you track your refund - you might get an email saying it will be in your bank in 2-3 days, but it won’t.
If this happens email them again and get it escalated (really really well done if you’ve hung out to this far!) and expect another communication in - you’ve guessed it 2 to 3 days - saying that you’ve been escalated and they’ll be back in touch in 2-3 days.
That’s where I am at the moment. I’m holding out little hope of ever seeing my £40 refund.
Ironically all the communications are very jolly and ignore the fact that you’re being totally ripped off. It’s almost admirable!
My advice - go to good old Primark, H&M or Zara.
I received a prompt response to this review but unfortunately it just directed me to the email addresss I’ve already used, and a messenger service which immediately bombards you with special offers once you post your message. It also said that refunds take a while to process, my refund has been reviewed 3 times. THREE TIMES pay up please.

Blackmailing Fraud - Holding my Order to Ransom - Changing Stories

I watch a lovely youtuber called youpenga (Candy) and after watching her review Yoins I really wanted to give them a go. I spent over £100 on an order of nice looking clothing. A few weeks later I get an email stating that the order has been returned to them and that If I can just check the address details as it couldnt be sent and they would re-send it to me. The last two digits of my postcode was missing. Normally the bank card will flag up if the address doesn't match or at the very least the warehouse would flag up an incomplete address before sending?!. I advise them the address with the missing last two postcode digits (maybe I can blame auto fill when it completes the box with a space on the postcode, or perhaps their website is only set up for zip codes). Then I get emails back saying that they will only send out the order again when I pay 40% of the value of the order. Alternatively I can cancel the order and only receive 60% money back. Since then I have had emails saying the order is now changed to LOST and also certain items are now out of stock. I have nothing for my money yet. The latest email from them shows a print screen of my order address as displayed out their system and my phone number in the postcode box. DO THEY THINK IM THAT THICK. They seem to be making out I have made this error now. Appalling appalling appalling. I sell clothes for a living and this is complete fraud.

You get what you pay for (cheap cheap cheap) and terrible returns policy

The website looks good and the prices are cheap, but my experience is you pay for what you get. The returns policy is dreadful, requesting against each item which cannot be submitted unless photo's of evidence are uploaded. Honestly, ASOS is miles ahead. I won't be using them again no matter how good the models and photo's make the clothes look. Lesson learned.

Asked to have extra days after the 30…

Asked to have extra days after the 30 days to return my items since all of them are too small and don’t fit. Nope wouldn’t budge an inch! Most companies will work with you or give you a discounted rate to return. But nope not this company! Awful customer service!
