Great product, but lead time is just a joke... said in stock, a week for delivery but I'm still waiting for my order made a month and half ago. The excuse for it, high volume of order.

I love the gear, we have shin pads as well as fight apparel. The Yokkao products have vibrant designs and always receive compliments. My only suggestion would be offering free shipping promos from time to time or reduced shipping costs for their Ambassador program. Charlie10

Recent got shin guards, gloves and glove cleaner from them and their product was way better then I expected. Shipping was quick and the build quality so far is awesome!

Never had a bad experience with Yokkao in terms of customer service, shipping, etc. however, with their gloves, i’ve had issues with the velcro not lasting a long time. other than that, all is well.

Last week I ordered mango retro shin guards at yokkao, unfortunately there where more orders than was expected and the order time was changed to 3 weeks.
Fortunately they all sent this to me in an email and a list with alternatives that could be delivered earlier.
I chose the white vertical shin guards now fast forward 6 days and they arrived.

The quality of the shin guards are really good.
They also have great and creative designs for their products.
I’ve already trained a couple times with the shin guards and I hope will be using them for my first amateur match.

So everything in short:
Great quality, great service and a very personal approach from the people at yokkao.

GREAT QUALITY GEAR - MADE W/ REAL LEATHER SO THEY DONT GET THE STANK - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD ORDERED SOME ITEMS THAT WERE ON BACK ORDER - THEY EMAILED ME RIGHT AWAY AND INFORMED ME OF OTHER OPTION THAT WERE AVAILABLE, I OPTED TO WAIT AND MY GEAR CAME IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. LOVE ALL THE FRESH COLORS AND NEW DROPS.

I have purchased multiple gloves and didn't have any issue however they recently sent me the wrong size and now are refusing to return them unless I pay over $15 in return shipping fees. The gloves are beautiful but the customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get this sorted out but the only person to contact me is using a different name and even started harassing me on the weekends with phone calls arguing about company policy.

Delivery on website states 3-5 days but took almost 3 weeks and I missed my sons birthday. They're unwilling to refund. I will NEVER buy from Yokkao again and, sadly, only learnt of other poor similar experiences by talking recently to other past customers who also had the same negative opinions. Yokkao customer service is terrible and they could not care less about their customers.

Yokkao lies on there website about the time of delivery. It says 3-5 days and that time may very. But this is not a time difference. I order shorts as a gift to my brothers birthday. But as you you probably understand I dident get it in time. It’s now been 3 weeks and the last email that I received that they will get the product next Monday and after that they will ship it to me. So if you live in Europe choose another brand because they have to poor delivery’s. my friend ordered before me and he had the same problem. His package even got lost! I tried to message them in order to se if they could compensate me in anyway shape ore form but they just sent me an email saying I could refund the product. Think two, three times before ordering from Yokkao if you live in Europe.

Best most in demand gears in fight sports yokkao has that luxury effect in all their products..... I love the products,ive been using their,gloves,shorts,heavy bags,pads,and mitts for like 7 years now... everytime i order....products are always awesome,well packed...shipping is fast....products are really good...best quality and look...yokao customer service is also very helpful......ive ordered alot now...i also sell it in my country here in the Philippines...i have alot of yokkao products on my collection..i still want more....thank you yokkao...looking forward my next order again

Their gear and clothing are both very high quality and unique. Yokkao customer service has always answered my questions quickly, and assisted with size exchanges promptly.

Great quality for all the gear ive bought. Ive got thai pads, belly pad, 2 sets of gloves. The leather on these is unmatched and everything feels really solid. Its held up great and I expect it to for years. Ive also got multiple pairs of carbonfit shorts and they hug my muffin top well while letting me have a full range of motion while kicking. Quality is great and the styles are always changing which is refreshing.

When first coming into the art of Muay Thai, I was unsure of what brands were the best, which were quality, and what was reliable. After soon talking with fellow teammates and training partners it was clear Yokkao was at the top. Their site offers many different places to shop so wherever you are you can get Yokkao gear! They have a wide range of gear including everything you need; from gloves to even heavy bags they have it all. Their gloves are some of the highest quality leather I have ever trained with, and all their clothing from training gear to street wear feels a premium far more than it is listed for. Yokkao also offers deals regularly so it is best to subscribe to their email service for the latest news! I have never been more happy with Yokkao and is it hard justifying buying other brands when everything from Yokkao is of such high quality. So happy to be an ambassador and to let people know my personal experiences and get them involved with Muay Thai and Yokkao!

When I first started I didn’t know exactly what I needed or wanted to train with that’s when I came across the yokkao brand and let me tell you the customer service was Phenomenal every message I sent was answered in a timely manner and also with great knowledge of the products at this point I was hooked I had to try the products if they put that much time in their customer service and I was not disappointed the products are awesome real leather made of quality materials and last a lot longer then other company I have seen so if you ever wonder why yokkao is yokkao is because it is the best of the best

The recent purchase I made of my Yokkao Bleeding Boxing Gloves was a great investment! They are durable, high quality, and protect my hands. Great design that expresses my personality and love of Muay Thai.

I have had experiences with many shin guards, but after I tried these yokkao I was amazed, they gave me so much protection to the foot, they don't give problems to pull, the thing I liked most is the stiffness, yokkao makes me crazy
