Worth the wait...but there's a wait

Still struggling with the delayed shipping on everything. The gear is good, but when the shipping date is pushed back again and again, with no notification, it's frustrating. I get it, factories take the time they take, materials need to be available, but build up some stock, and/or develop a notification system when something will not be ready on the published date. Delays and lack of communication are things that will lose customers and damage your reputation. The gear is still good, the quality is excellent, but getting it has become very difficult, and that's going to be a problem.

Buy third party, their customer service is a scam

This is now the second time I've ordered something from yokkao and customer service doesn't follow through. The first time I ordered shin guards and needed to return them, I paid the return shipping fee ($55). "Lucy" from customer support emailed me once and never again. I spent weeks trying to get a hold of her through email and phone, but gave up. The second time was just recently. I ordered a bunch of workout apparel, only to receive maybe half of my order. I was missing two pairs of socks, two shirts, and some other things. I had only received one of each. It was a $334 order, to which I got maybe $150 worth of stuff. Contacted support again, heard back from "Lucy" one more time...and was then ghosted again. Emailed multiple times, the number to call doesn't work, constant busy signal. Customer service is a scam. Just buy third party, at least you'll be working with real and competent people. Personally this company doesn't deserve your money, and I've spent thousands with yokkao. Such a poorly run operation.

Poor Customer Service, Unresponsive, SLOW Postage

I made this order on the 24th of March last month, I ordered six items totalling $962.20 including $158.00 shipping. The two items they have shipped already were the items without the discount and the items I wasn’t worried about at all. However there are still 4 items which haven’t been shipped, I’ve sent multiple emails asking when these will be shipped with no response. Having a terrible experience and definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Stay clear unless you’re willing to wait over a month for your items and pay a ridiculous amount for shipping. Will update the review on arrival of the other items.

ridiculous experience

Made a purchase of three big items (shinnies, gloves and all) over 5 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived! Instead Yokkao emailed me the other day saying I have 2 days to pay a HUGE customs bill otherwise the package will get demolished without refund (despite having bought it from a .uk shop to a uk address). Can’t describe how ridiculous it has been to try and talk to The company about this order.

BAD company to associate with... stay away

The merchant sent defected items and refused to accept it or issue refund even after receiving the items back! I paid $17.38 shipping them back because they refused to accept that there's possibility that they have sent defected items AND to pay for the return shipping. Now I am out the original payment AND shipping. They also refused to work with my credit card dispute center. Bad bad bad business all around!! Stay away!!!

Shipping charges, doesn't come from UK.

They don't think to let you know that there will be extra shipping charges etc on tip of the already steep prices even if you live in the UK lol... comes from Italy even though its called Yokkao.uk, so that's an extra 50quid which wasnt mentioned on top of the 300 I had already just spent on like 2-3 items just bring your prices down slightly to counter the shipping charges people are having to pay, dont get this problem at Fairtex... also if I'd ordered it all separately UPS said there would be no charges makes no sense

Totally solid choice

I've never had a problem with the service or the gear. I've still got the Matrix shin guards I purchased years ago, and they've held up very well. My gloves, shorts, and t-shirts are all comfortable and holding up well. I love the style and flair Yokkao gear has, and I'm always happy to tell people where I got it when they ask. I couldn't be happier with everything I've bought, to the point where I joined their ambassador program. I believe in this gear and I'm happy with the company.

They initially sent me the wrong gloves…

They initially sent me the wrong gloves but as soon as I emailed asking for a replacement they sent it straight away (before I could even send the wrong gloves back) and I had received the right order that same week. I really appreciated their quick response and action as the order was meant to be a Christmas present, so regardless their initial mistake I’d give them a 5 star overall :) thanks very much

Best comfort for Muay Thai gloves

My first pair of gloves (razor wire) were gifted to me Feb 14, 2022. I use to use venum and I quickly retired them because the material was awful (peeled off and material Inside felt sandy) and my hands were not snugged in the glove. At the end of training my hands were hurting. With Yokkao gloves my hands fit perfect, enough room with wraps, great support around my hand and wrist. The support and comfort is a must for me.
When it comes to style, Yokkao has the best unique designs. I just ordered my boyfriend the primate gloves. The order was on time and I had no issues.
My boyfriend also gifted me the ANIMALIER this past October. He ordered the wrong size and he was able to exchange them without an issue.
If you are concerned with the return policy. They have their return policy on the bottom of their website. Definitely read it to be aware of their return policy.
Don’t keep putting these gloves on your wish list. Buy yourself a pair today, trust me you won’t regret it

Terrible delivery service.

There is no denying the quality of Yokkao products how ever the delivery and shipping is an absolute joke.I spent over £300 on gear and was eligible apparently for “free shipping” in 3-5 days.This was a month ago and I still haven’t received all of my order.They keep items on the website that are sold out and will not be coming back into stock 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️.
On top of this for the first part of my order that arrived 3 weeks late,I had to pay an extra £45 in import duties and will probably have to do the same with the rest of my order next week (order was made all at same time.So even when they have told me if I spend more than £200 shipping is free,I have them had to pay another £90 on top.
The customer service is terrible,I am actually in Thailand at the moment and Yokkao Europe could not be and further away from Yokkao Asia with their quality of service even If they tried.
I would never use Yokkao Europe again and recommend using Fairtex or Twins to anyone looking for an all round better,cheaper and more reliable experience when buying fight gear.

Items never arrive - Unprofessional

Ordered something 2 weeks ago and despite being in asia had to pay excessive shipping costs. On top of that, i never received ANY updates or information on the status of the order. Ive reached out to YOKKAO more than once but to no avail. Their customer service is awful, they dont respond, their shipping is terrible and completely unprofessional, i cant even get my money back.

Awesome find.

While browsing online for a pair of gloves, I came accross Yokkao. I haven't really tried their gloves before since I used to shop from a different brand but what I can say is that this one is really AWESOME!!! From comfort, to quality, to the design, it's terrific!

Worst company ever!

I don't usually bother with reviewing, even when it's not great but yokkao have just stressed me out so much I have to.
They've sent me the wrong product, then they sent me faulty product, then they lied as to why DPD didnt pick the stuff up(my return items).
I can honestly say they are the worst company I've ever dealt with.
