Never order from Yoox it will just create headaches for you

This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

Yoox claims orders are shipped within six working days. Mine took 10 working days, with no proactive communication or accountability for the delay. This completely disrupted my plans, as I had to leave for an unplanned two-week trip and couldn’t receive the package.

When I contacted customer service to adjust the delivery, I was told the order was already “under packing” and nothing could be changed. On top of that, the shipment was arranged with UPS in a way that made it impossible for me to modify anything—not the delivery date, not the recipient. That level of inflexibility is unacceptable for an online retailer.

It gets worse. When I tried to return an item, I received conflicting and unclear instructions. As a result, UPS is now refusing to accept the return because Yoox failed to provide the required commercial invoice. So not only did they delay delivery, they are now blocking a straightforward return due to their own administrative failure.

This company shows a complete lack of operational competence and customer care. Delays happen—but the inability to communicate, adapt, or even support a basic return process is inexcusable. I strongly advise against ordering from Yoox.

Followed return process with YOOX and…

Followed return process with YOOX and parcel has been stuck with UPS for 3 weeks with no explanation. I have been in touch with YOOX for over a week on this case and no movement.

30 April follow up:
Yoox have not followed up, have stopped replying to my emails. No resolution and £500 at a loss.

I did receive a reply from UPS who told me that YOOX have supplied me with a label which has not been paid for. YOOX supply the 'pre-paid' label, yet I am the one at a loss.

I have shopped here for 20 years

I have shopped here for 20 years . Still my secret online Gem. But back in the day when it was just Yoox the quality was better en the prices were good. I found some great items here. The only thing I do not like is the Customer Service for the Netherlands. You chat with them in the UK. It do not like their mentality. I prefer dealing with German CS for Yoox
