Went on website put in model no and it came up with parts available for this model.
Unfortunately the seat has a different mounting configuration so won't fit.
New rollers font fit and the one handle sent is too big .
At least the pulling straps fitted .

York cast Iron Weights
The delivery wasn't great, the box was highly damaged and not presented well. Excluding the box which would have been discarded anyway. The weights were clean, undamaged and currently on sale with a 50% Saving. If you use Standard weights. York at the moment can not be beaten

York have been around a long, long time and they have been consistent in their quality and service. I have many pieces of their exercise equipment that is still going strong and I would definately recommend them.

High quality and great price...
I got this unit ( York Fitness Active 120 Cross Trainer ) on offer for a great price. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It's a high-quality design that's easy to assemble and use. One small criticism : I would have preferred a self-powered unit rather than mains powered to avoid trailing cables but that is a small inconvenience.

Email service is surprisingly good
Initially, half of my delivery did not show because they split the order. I had to email as there is no phone support from York Fitness.
But, this is where it gets better......
Email support came back within 20 minutes. They tracked down the parcel and said if it was lost, a replacement would be there a day later.
True to their word, the replacement appeared without any bother.
Exceptional customer service. A rarity these days.

Unprompted review
The York Static Cycle is very comfortable for me as a tall person
The Static Cycle is very comfortable to exercise on all the time. I had to adjust the seat stem to maximum height and seat back fully because of my long legs, so those over six feet two plus know what you need before purchasing.
Handle bars have just about ok adjustment for me to be comfortable without stretching out.
I suggest you try one out for size at a gym, if you are tall and lanky, just so you know what is going to be your size and in use for a long time.
