The quality of the product is excellent.

Exercise bike makes a very loud knocking with every turn of the pedals. Very annoying and distracting to me and anyone in my house/building. Clearly not right.

Despite a problem they were very helpful and supportive and sorted everything out. Thank you

I had previously brought quite a few items from York fitness; cast iron plates, a bench, dipping belt, Dumbell bars, etc.

For the most part I found the price and quality of the products to be good, with only one exception. I had spent a fair amount on a Dumbell bench which was of poor quality. In hindsight I should of sent it back.

Before you buy anything from them be sure to check for reviews, otherwise give it a miss.

Ordering was easy peasy ! Product is excellent as york stuff always is , affordable quality bench and barbell , that do the job perfectly without having to spend a fortune . Been using york equipment since I was 13-14 and now 43 and still as good as it’s always been . Delivery was fast , Assembling product was no problem, all parts and tools were present, Items were great value and as described at the point of advertising.

Ordered a few things now including weights and folding bench. Website easy to order, delivery super fast and free. Customer service really efficient. Would recommend York fitness for all your gym needs as definitely value for money.

I bought a folding weight bench, great value and good quality. The barbell holders could do with being wider apart and the end of the seat could do with a lateral floor supports to aid stability. Other than that I'm happy with the quality. Fairly easy to assemble

Multi gym as been delivered today. Delivered in time specified. Installed very efficiently by David He talked me through how everything worked. He even took away all packaging. David is a credit to your company. Well worth paying the extra for Installing. Fantastic service from looking on line, placing order and installation. Would highly recommend

Recently bought an exercise bike from York that had an issue and wasn’t right for me. They arranged collection and a refund promptly and communicated with me throughout. On my experience I would say this a decent company that has good customer service.

My experiemce with York Fitness UK, was excellent. I ordered the wrong size Ankle Weights, which I returned, and was given credit very quickly I then reordered correct size which again were received very quickly. Purchased r101 rower after 2 weeks straps snapped sa they supplied a spare set fitted them as instructed however again after 3 more weeks they snapped as well I must stress I have not over stressed the workouts on the rower possibly all told about 50 mins in total . As I have passed the return policy and I don't think any more straps would last long I have decided to scrap the rower so please read reviews before buying .reason I gave 2 stars was delivery time and customer service on a separate issue

My exercise bike arrived within a couple of days of being ordered. It wasn’t easy to assemble but we had it up and running in less than 45 minutes . The monitor is easy to understand and there is a good range of suitable programmes to follow. Cycling is smooth and very quiet and I have found it quite easy to build up my time on the machine every day. It’s a great, solid machine with no wobble even though I have it on a mat on top of carpet. I am very happy overall, good value for money.
